I find eating a couple of prunes as a snack in between between meals helps ... before this, I felt like I was trying to expel Ayers rock IYKWIM ... so now I always have a bag of prunes in the fridge, and I eat probably about 6-8 prunes a day in total and I have no problems.

I also have trouble drinking water, so I am being naughty and drink one or two glasses of diet coke a day, but mostly I am now drinking weak tea. Since doing these two things, bloating and constipation are no longer a problem ...

I am also addicted to chewing gum at the moment, and the packets always say excess consumption may have a laxative effect - maybe the chewing is helping keep me regular?? LOL!
