Hi girls,
I'm having the bloating too. I'm almost 14 weeks, and I find that after eating lunch, especially if it's a reasonably sized portion, I feel sooo stretched and over full that it is really uncomfortable. (like right now - I feel like a python that's just eaten a deer!) - I think I should be having smaller meals at regular intervals which may help.
I'm more regular toilet-wise now i've adopted my friend's routine: a glass of prune juice at night, a glass of warm water with lemon in the morning, and cereal/yoghurt for breakie. I'm not very good at drinking lots of water but I know that's definately meant to help! Dont forget some exercise too, walking regularly or something like that.
