Rose it might be worth seeing a dietician to make sure you're only gaining necessary weight! I'll be seeing one right throughout my PG and she has me on a low GI diet which seems to be working since so far I've not gained any weight (by this stage in my last PG i had already put on 2-3 kg) so I'm confident I'll be able to stay on top of it this time.

I know it's not the main source of your worry but at least you'll know in yourself that any further weight gain is "all baby" and not going to compromise your health. And you won't be feeling guilty or unneccessarily depriving yourself either. HTH and ((hugs)).
