Panadol is it safe?

As far as I'm aware, Panadol is totally safe to take. Too high a dose will place a lot of pressure on your liver, but if you stay within the correct doseage you should be fine.
Have you spoken to anyone about what's causing those headaches? Like Alisia said, they can be due to dehydration or tiredness. Perhaps tension as well? Sometimes tension headaches can feel like a band tightening around your forehead, sometimes around the back as well and can radiate down your neck and into your shoulders. You could try massaging your shoulders to see if that relieves some of the pain, but don't use too much pressure, particularly in the middle of your shoulder.
You may benefit from seeing a remedial massage therapist (who is trained in pregnancy massage) if you find it is caused by tension. Are you stressed at the moment? Are you aware of your posture when you're working, particularly at the computer?
It might be a good idea to get your blood pressure checked too... And generally just get looked after You deserve it! Take care and I hope you get some relief soon.

I agree that panadol is safe to take. And, if your headaches are caused by tension in your neck/shoulders (like mine are) you can take Mersyndol (day strength) also because its a muscle relaxant as well and works much better. I think last pregnancy I lived on these because my back was so sore...

Oh, and my doc said that panadeine is safe to take - with the exception being the last trimester. Apparently can't take it then

I took panadol for my tail bone pain, the doctor & ob said that was the only thing I could take along with a nice long rest.

I tried not to take it & stopped as soon as I could sit down without being in agony, so taking it a few times I'm sure wont hurt.

I know ppl who have had panadeine, I had to take it with one of my previous m/c due to a back spasm & my sister in law took antiboitics & panadeine in this PG for sinuses.

I am getting over the flu and my OB said to take panadol as required, to help keep down the fever. So I am cool with taking it.

You could call Mothersafe and ask them if you are too concerned.
