Well I went to the chemist for a bp check and it was high for me at 136/85 (my normal is around 115/60).

Rang the hospital and they asked if I had any other symptoms like pain where my liver is, swelling, headaches.
I dont have any of those other symptoms apart froma bit of swelling around my feet and ankles (which I havent had before) but it is pretty hot today.

They sad that the rate that they worry about is when it is over 140/90 so I just have to monitor symptoms and if anything comes up or if my vision goes funny again I am to come in.
