WAH!!!What am I doing wrong? I'm making a quilt for a toy cot. The overall measurements I was given were 23cm wide by 42 long. I decided I'd do 6.5cm blocks with 4 in a row and 7 rows. Well, when it is made up - it doesn't seem big enough... In fact, it seems less than half the size! I chose 6.5 cm blocks to account for a 1/4 sewing room... so, what am I doing wrong? When I did the same thing using my 6.5 inch blocks, it worked perfectly - the difference is that with the bigger blocks I used a store bought template, with the smaller blocks I measured them myself with a good old tape measure...
So, what am I doing wrong!?!?!?!
