thread: Has anyone frozen tuna mornay? And did it defrost well?

    anything with a sauce should be fine to freeze Just make sure it's in an airtight container or it might get icy bits on top. If you reheat it in the oven it shouldn't go soggy or anything. Yum I love tuna mornay!

    Instead of regular crumbs you mash up some weetbix...sounds gross but ooooh so yummy!

    I made this tonight and put some into a casserole dish to freeze. I heat it up in the oven or microwave, it depends on how much time I have.

    Must find a quick, easy, yummy recipe for this as I cannot find mine. hint, hint....

    Ok I will have to try that next time! I was really naughty once and I didn't have bread crumbs so I crumbed up some cheese and onion chips and put them on top DH was pretty darn impressed!!! But I haven't done it since as it wasn't really very healthy at all!
