We have about one roast a week - and DH never does it!!
I prefer pork, but I have on occasion made beef or lamb. Sometimes I do roast veg, other times its steamed. I always make sure I do a dessert for afterwards, even if its just jelly and icecream!

I just find them so easy, tasty and economical. There are always yummy leftovers for lunches or the next night's dinner (shepherd's pie or something else creative).
