My mum and i went halves in buying about 40 scallops and 40 prawns for Good Friday. Mum is doing the scallops and im doing the prawns. Scallops will be appetizer, prawns are for dinner.
Oooohhhh delicious. If it was me, I would do asian noodles with snow peas, red capsicum, water chesnuts, asian mushrooms and prawns. Just simple dressing of soy, lime and lemon juice with a bit of salt and sugar!
When I think of prawns, i think of what my dad cooked for me a year or so ago. Butterfly the prawns, threw them on some skewers, a bit of fresh chilli and garlic and fried them up...so delicious.. but may not be a good idea as a main meal, more of an appetizer.
