1 cup Icing Sugar
3 desertspoons Cocoa
1 cup Skim milk Powder
1/2lb Kremalta (copha)

Melt kremalta and add sifted milk powder, icing sugar and cocoa. Mix alltogether and press into tin. Leave to set.

You can also add sultanas, raisins, nuts to the above.
