Okay, I have just finished and taste tested, YUUUUMMMMMM!!

I used 'McKenzies MOIST Flakes' for the coconut. They taste yummo and look good too.

    Cailin's no bake malteser slice!

    HI

Just wanted to post here to say thanks Cailan for your recipe!!
I've made it a few times now - Everyone always asks for the recipe!!
I've substituted a few different things for the maltesers, this morning I made it with the Tim Tam balls you can buy in the choc sections... Very very yummy!!!!!

Now i wonder if i can get to Sydney in time to try some

I am so tempted to go and buy the stuff to make it but i can't. I'm doing so well with not eating chocolate at the moment and i have been craving it all week.
