Ok so I learned a few things last night

My microwave is only 900W
I LOVE this dumpling batter
AND I can't read a recipe!!!!

I liked it all right, but I think the dough was a bit runny (but yummy, runny, but yummy), or I did something wrong, because I could not mould the dumplings by hand. I just dropped them in the syrup with a spoon. In the end the dumplings were more like little overdone cakes in yummy-syrup than dumpling-dumplings. Not that I'm at all complaining, because I got out about 9 dumplings and ate 4 semi-hot I did however liked it A LOT more this morning at 5:05 when DS woke me up ... so in actual fact I had 5 dumplings!!

Thanks Salad. I'm going to tweak it a bit by using my cinnamon dumpling dough and your syrup. Going to try again tonight!!
