Heybacko sorry to hear about your lousy weekend are you feeling a bit better yet. Dont be too hard on yourself and expect to feel 100% straight away it sounds like you lost a lot of blood and our bodies cant replace it that quickly. sending huge hugs your way

Jenjams my temping was erratic this month and all over the place but I still had FF pinpoint when I O'd so maybe just persevere for a bit longer and keep BDing in the meantime
