    Hi all
wow so much has gone on here., sorry if i cant keep up
i am still getting to know everyones situations and it does make it harder being a new person. lol
I am doing better, bledding has lessened however last night i had more tissue passed aonly a little bit and pains, i was also so dizzy when layiong down i felt like fainting, so i hope its not an infectione ct i am on anti biotics.

I have been busy as i started work on monday just mon and tues but by the time i get home and pick up Kyrah and play with her i havent had much time for the computer, as i have also had border line migranes, did this happen to anyone after a m/c?? i guess its loss of blood and hormones

short cake- i went through 12 super pads on sat and passed HEAPS of tissue when i was miscarriaging and the hospital told me to come straight to the ER as that is way too much bleeding, i would go to the ER or docotrs staright away, i didnt really think too much of it but my mum was worried and so were the hospital and docotrs i was kept in for hours and hours
    good luck

I know that when im having a bad day and see someones ticker it sends me into a depressed state that's hard to get out of. I dont think it is too much to ask that those that are having successful pregnancies not gloat about it in a forum where women are grieving.
Goodness Coco..... 'Gloating'..... I think thats a bit harsh. I would personally put it as scared.... not gloating. I have known some of these women personally for close to 2 years.... they stay in this thread becasue they are not comfortable leaving because they are to scared to move on... scared that they will have another miscarriage and unfortunately many of them have. They know the PAML thread is there but they have leant on the support of the ladies in here and at a time when they are a little wobbly at the knees it means a lot for them to still have that support. I dont mean to be picky because I dont know you well enough to know if anything was meant by it or that it was maybe just a wrong choice of words... but I just didnt want those ladies thinking that we all feel that way towards them.

We are all on this journey together and maybe what this last week has taught us is to be a bit mindful of what we do and say to others because sometimes our words can hurt more than we intend them to.

Now if we can put this all behind us and get back to what we do best.....

    Hi all,

I am considering a fertility monitor, as I can't sit back and wait another year to TTC (I am now 37 and have 2 angel babies and no living children).

Does anyone have any experience with fertility monitors, and can recommend a good one (and where to get it from)?

Or even any advice really would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
Hey Milly I didnt get the email you sent? What address did you send it to? It's

blackplumdoteventsatgmaildotcom if that makes sense lol if not just add me on facebook, eliza melissa mcdonald

    Smile

Thanks Angels 1&2. I dont know you and I seem to have gotten off on the wrong foot already..

I guess gloating was a choice of words..I was reffering to someone a while ago now, maybe 2 months or just under, and she wasnt newly pregnant she was about 5 months or thereabouts, she wasnt giving a post about being scared, it was a everything is great with my pregnancy post and baby is kicking and scan is great and husband feels baby moving..that type of post.. and I understand people like my cycle buddy Mel chatting in here but not someone who is well into their pregnancy.

Sorry I offended you but I know that it is a touchy thing for alot of readers and posters me included. I am well aware that those women who have only recently fallen pregnant might not want to just let go straight away. But my point was at those who were far into the pregnancy.

    Aaaaaaaaaanyway

I had a massive drop in temps this morning and negative OPK but still 2-3 days off when i am thinking that Ill ovulate. Last month it was day 11 or 12 so im keeping fingers crossed as DH is leaving on my CD13. Knowing my body and murphy's law Ill ovulate on day 14 or 15... normal time. ugh.

Do you ever feel like your month is just a constant string of waiting?
*Waiting to get your period to TTC
    *Waiting for your fertile time
    *Waiting to temp
    *Waiting for positive OPK's
    *Waiting to Ovulate
*Waiting for FF to hurry up and give crosshairs
*Waiting to temp again..every morning..wanting the day to hurry up so you can go to bed...
*Waiting for an ok time to POAS
*Waiting for the "you are past your normal luteal phase you may test, you may be pregnant" sign on FF
*and waiting for the BFP or RB/AF to hurry up :P

I had my first lot of bloods taken this morning for the m/c testing... 6 full tubes after a 12 hour fast - im feeling ok though which is good. I have to get another blood test done on the 7th, plus there is another big long list of tests I have to get done so I am planning maybe to go in for those on either Friday or Monday - just depending on how I feel of course. I will also have to fast for 12 hours before that big lot too.

Milly - sorry to hear of your loss. I hope you get a speedy bfp.

    Jen - big to you!

Shortcake - eek -that doesn't sound good at all. Please go and get checked out by a doctor!

Hi there to everyone else and happy hump day

  12. #66

Coco...... not a problem hun... I figured it must have been just a wrong choice of words. I know so many of these women who have walked in our shoes PLC1805.... goodness one of the sweetest ladies you could ever come across.... FiFi....... who was blessed last week..... Tutmae... also recently blessed.... the rest would be way before your time and you wouldnt recognise the names..... unfortunately there are just as many who only got to see them fly......I wont mention their names... most of them arent on here anymore because the pain just got to much. But they are missed and my heart still goes out to them.

Its an amaizing place we have here......

NOW.... I havent seen a cyber cake for a while...... Who s turn is it to cook?

jen - In the spirit of not taking people for granted, I just want to second what angels1&2said. You're support here has been invaluable to me. (So much so, that the thought of continuing my journey without it terrifies me). Someone once described you as the mother hen of this thread and I couldn't find a better way to describe your dedication. You always have time to respond to everyone no matter what you are going through. Not only that, but you always seem to know the right thing to say. Love you cyber sister .

BTW, the day RB arrives is probably the only time it is appropriate to drink rum at 9am . Good to know you were being responsible though.

Shortcake - I hope you've gotten yourself to a doctor. That much bleeding cannot be normal and would be causing the dizziness and nausea.

boble - That was a lot of blood. Make sure you have something to eat and drink after all that.

jen - there aren't enough , mother hen

mrzbaby - i am keeping everything crossed for you

shortcake - hun, sounds like you should go and get yourself checked out if this is unusual, sorry it hasn't happened to me to be able to advise you otherwise

angels 1& 2- i ditto what a great place this is because amidst the sadness we have genuine people on here that really care about one another

boble - good luck with your tests hun

my prayers are with those of you who particularly need them at this time and my thoughts are with you always......

    Hello everyone,

Angels ~ I'm up for the challenge.....here's my super easy (but looks and smells sensational if I do say so myself!!) Flourless Orange Cake. It's designed to make you feel good because there's no wheat flour, just sugar, almond meal and tonnes of eggs....enjoy everyone!

There are too many people to name individually in here who are generous and supportive of us all, but Jen's name comes to the top for nurturing and senstively acknowledging everyone. Thank you for being you. And thank you for my belly laugh about the time difference!!

Alongside the cake comes a super big to everyone posting and just reading along.

    Take care everyone,
    M

    Hey all,

My, my it has been busy in here. Sorry I have been MIA - just been sooo busy at work. I have tried to catch up where everyone is, but I won't attempt perssies in fear of making a mistake!

I am currently in the TWW (or there abouts) and I don't have a good feeling for this month. I am trying to be optimistic but I think I haven't dealt with my loss particularly well and it is all catching up on me. In addition, DH is having some minor issues at work, so that is playing on my (& his) mind. Back to the naturopath on Friday, which will be interesting to see if she gives me the same meds for my ovaries. If she does, then I am certain that there will be no BFP for us this month. Sigh. So frustrating....

Anyway, am going to sit on the couch and relax and try to clear my thoughts

Be back tomorrow as I have yoga tonight

    Thinking of you all
    xx
