Oh Jen, I'm so glad to hear DS's surgery went OK, what a brave boy he sounds like! I hope this is the end of all his throat problems too, he's had heaps of them hasn't he? I would feel the same as you if it were DD

Polly - Hang in there, it is so hard in between ob visits and of course before your first one. 5 weeks is a long time (well it seems like it to me!) so I'd be taking your ob up on that offer of a quick scan if you need, do whatever you need to cope
