Crafty....Sady the cleaning lady............not even funney hey? Sorry I not laughn, but 'typical', us women get stuck with all of the chores while everyone else relaxes and enjoy themselves. Honey go catch that egg!!XX Dont worry about the housework, will still be there tomorrow, go and take the weekend off and have a nice time yourself XXX You deserve it XXX

    Emmy

Sarahrach, darling I am so sorry for your loss XXX I wish you a healthy recovery, and I pray that you have a H+H pregnancy soon XX
As lovely as it is to get newbies introduce themselves and share their story, there is also a sad feeling in the air that this keeps happening to beutifull, deserving women.
Sarah welcome you will get plenty of support here in your journeys ahead, and meet some lovely friends. Nice to meet you XX

You know, being here has stengthened my soul, I have shared, and also suffered some dissapointing moments being a member of MC+L Family, but all of you, past and present have shared and halved all of my TTC burdens.
It is only really since I joined this family on BB, that I am strong enough to soldier through my sadder moments, because there is always someone hurting more than I am, and I would prefer to help them, than to wallow in my own tears.
You have all brought out the best in me. And thank you all so very very much XXX

I enjoy being a valued member of this forum, and girls, you are going to be stuck with me for a little longer, because as no suprise to me, but still sadly, I got my BFN thisafternoon.
One chapter ended, but another being excitedly planned, you have all given me strength to dust myself off and keep trying XX

    Love you all XXX

Just wanted to quickly say MurrayCod I am so sorry you got a BFN. I was really hoping that what you were feeling was the meds, I know u had a feeling that it didn't work & all I can say is that it sucks that you were right. Stay strong & I'm sure your wish will be granted soon. Oh & I totally agree with what u said about BB...to be able to talk freely & get so much support & be able to be a support for others is such a wonderful thing.

Sunbeam I know it'll be hard over the weekend but stay as positive as you can. A positive is a positive & it is the increase that matters not the first result. I will have everything crossed for you that you get a great result on mon.

AFM it is 3 wks today since D&C & have already had some mild cramping so hoping AF is just around the corner. Considering my cycles are usually 40-45 days long who knows?!?

    Good Night everyone

TTCALC Woot Woot for you too!!!! Oh fantastic news hey!!!! Congrats babe!!
I think your ticker is fine, but pretty sure you will have to delete one of your signature lines, correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can only have 4 lines, mabey just delete your name part XXXXXXX
So glad you finally have a cycle, the countdown is on!!

Everyone, thanks for the kind words, love you all XX

Dh and I had the 'chat' last night about planning out next step, he wants to thaw out Harvey no2 and if that doesnt work, we can happily focus on another stim cycle in April/May. We know the success rate of the thaw is low, but atleast we feel like we are doing 'something' in the meantime. We accept the risk of the thaw process, but hey, come what may!!XX I can't get any crazier than I already am, so why not!X March it is!

Mummyof4, my thaughts are with you darling, HUGE cyber hug for you my friend XXXXX

hope you are all enjoying the weekend.

murraycod I just wanted to let you know that my daughter was a 3 day snowbub & although I sadly mc i fell pregnant with a blasty snowbub so I am sending positive vibes your way that Harvey 2 thaws & is the bub you have been waiting for.

My doc has only ever offered to thaw one at a time but I am considering like you whether we risk the thaw process or whether we do the two.

Just waiting for AF (& hoping she wont be too vicious) so I can start on the medication again...

    Hi all,

Murraycod, I have been lurking to see how you are going.. so sorry that Harvey didn't stick. Its amazing how well we know our bodies. Good luck in March for Harvery #2. Any chance is a chance.

to everyone else good luck and finger crossed for what ever stage you are all at.

AFM We have decided to try icsi next cycle at the end of Feb. The FS wants to do a day 1 or 2 transfer and also wants us to inject low dose HCG every second day whilst on the gonal-f till trigger. He thinks this will be our best chance cause of our age
We have just switched FS's as the one I was going to in probably the most expensive in Perth, each cycle there would of cost us about $1500 more.

Anyway we can't wait to give it one or two go's since our M/C in december.
We were so happy that the IUI worked second time around but unfortunatly it wasn't to be....

    Hey ladies,

Murrycod- sorry to hear that Harvey didn't come through this time. I know if I was you i'd go for it with Harvey No.2 and hope for the best. I have 2 friends with a total of 3 snow bud babies.

TTCALC- glad your cycle has started again and you can get bcak to TTC.

Jilly- sorry to hear about your loss. I had a chem. pg from 2nd IUI in Dec. too. Pg again now (hopefully still) with 3rd IUI. I totally sympathise the TTC journey is so hard but when you are relying on AFT it gets so much more complicated. I hope icsi brings you the BFP you are longing for.

mummyof4- sorry you are having a hard time at the moment. Take it one day at a time and try to take care of yourself

AFM-I'm doing good I'm not stressing at all I am totally resigned to the fact that it is out of my control and what will be will be. I 100% know in my heart I will have a baby in the not too distant future.

    hi everyone!
just a little post tonight to say Sunbeam!!! CONGRATS DARLIN!!! Wow, that is sensational news!!! Look after yourself and enjoy it all!!! This would mean October bubs?!?! How Fabulous!!

sorry havent postd for a while. have been very down in the dumps since AF arrived. AF has been pretty weird for the last few cycles. Starts for 1 day, gone the next then 5 days of thick, web like black stuff. very painful and i feel so bloated. i decided i wanted to be proactive so last thursday i went and saw a acupuncturist/ chinese medicine Dr that specialises in baby stuff. She was fabulous but after i told her my story and how my periods have been, she asked me how i would feel about not trying for 3 mths as it will take time to get my body right, of course i said..."are you kidding me?? does is look like i can wait another 3 mths?" i bargained with her and said 1 month... so i am having acupuncture weekly and having chinese herbs twice daily. she is very confident that she will get my periods back to normal and pregnant but i have to hang up the TTC boots this cycle, and assess month by month how things are going. i feel absolutely crushed but i know she is completely right. i have realised that its not just about getting those 2 lines but getting a healthy, happy baby at the end of it all! i need to see the BIG picture! DH is excited that we finally have a plan of attack! i have been a mess the last few days and tonight i sit here alone as DH goes to a close friends 30th that i just couldnt bring myself to face! i want to be normal again. i am putting all my faith into this lady, i hope she is right! i dont know that i will post very much over the next month, might need some time off while we have our time off from TTC. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and I am always preying for BFP's for you all!
Murraycod - it brought tears to my eyes to read about your BFN - sweetheart - im sorry it hasnt worked out the way we all dreamed it would for you this mth...and im thinking of you xx

Hi and love to everyone else! sorry no persies, im so far behind everything from the last week! Keep trooping on my TTC soldiers! We'll get there! xx

Murraycod: Bring on Harvey 2! There is always hope my dear, and you never know in 9 months or so you could be someone's inspirational story (even more so than you are now).

Sunbeam: I'm glad your not stressing, if this one's sticky, it's sticky, if not, then there is always next time.

Ric: Sorry your having a low day, hope you feel better soon!

Craftymummy: woohoo for BD! (and help with housework, lol)

TTCALC: Hooray we both got AF!

Thopes: Go the plan of attack I think the big picture is important too, your doing everything you can to get your baby, I'm proud of you for waiting even one cycle when I know how hard it is.

AFM day 2 is going well Taking conception tablets that help regulate cycles, so hopefully I'll O around the usual time. Kinda want a Libra baby, so really hoping this is the month. Had a bit of a serious convo with DH, he's more scared than I realised, not only of a possible mc again, but of watching me go through it again. He was worrying about me and the baby, whereas I was only worried about the baby. He's def happy to try again, but he doesn't want to think/talk about it too much. Which could be hard, I tend to give daily body updates, and I want to do this with him. I tend to fall harder but bounce back quicker than him. Anybody else have anything like this?

    Hello all.

Just wanted to pop in and say hello. This thread helped me enormously about 3 years ago and after two more losses in the space of only about five months, I'm strugging a bit but hope that we'll eventually get another gorgeous little bub in our lives. My OB has just put me on a low dose of asprin to start as soon as I get another BFP, so I'm praying this is going to be the solution we need.

Also just wanted to say hello to EliseLouise and Kirsten... you'll definitely find all the support and help you need in here. And Kirsten, I'm with you.. not more waiting for me. We did the whole wait 3 cycles after our last loss and it didn't help, so we're not even waiting for AF to arrive, only two weeks after my D&C, we've started TTC again!! I'm extremely nervous but also very keen to be pg again ASAP! My wonderful OB even said that there's no reason for us to have to wait, so I'm now a big fan of just going for it!! Good luck hun and I hope that we see each other in another BellyBuddies thread VERY soon.

Take care everyone, it's such a rough journey for us all but totally worth it in the long run. Wishing everyone all the best.

    Kel xxx

Murraycod - my blossom, I am so sad that little Harvey didn't stick. I was really looking forward to having him around! My BF says a frostie cycle is easier physically but just as hard emotionally. You help so many of us here, even when you are doing it tough. You are simply amazing. I think you probably had a strong soul to begin with, but maybe you just hadn't ever seen it in yourself before.

Crafty - thanks, there has to be hope. Well so far so good. One day at a time. How did those boys of your like Aus?

Mummyof4 - 4 months today sweetie, I hope you're doing ok. I know it feels like you forget, but you won't forget the love you had and still have for your precious little girl. You remember what it felt like to hold her. I know it's tough to feel like you are forgetting, but the important things, you aren't. Our wee human brains are not wired for long term photographic memory. Even as I type, I can't remember exactly how DH or my precious fur babies look and smell, but I remember how looking at them and being with them makes me feel. But if you are worried about it, is there something that you can do to help you remember the things you want to or even just start a dedication habit, something you to remember? Mathew'sMum said it too, just much more succinctly than me.

Thopes - AF sounds nasty. I went to accupuncture and had real success with my cyles and how they were supposed to be. When I was told they would be light they were and when I was told they would be heavy they were. I am a bit of a cynic turned believer.

KitFaerie - I know exactly the conversation you have had with you DH. I had a similar one. It almost broke my heart to realise how DH felt and why. I like you had only been thinking about my angels, and not me. I guess lucky DH is there to help you think about you. I don't know how you help him through. I am the same, I pretty much share all the details with DH. Not to do so makes me feel like I am being a fraud or a liar. But one of the things I am learning is to keep some of my mental ramblings to myself ( it seems you guys get stuck reading them!) and trying to actual filter what I tell him. I think it helps us both. It did in the TCC phase. He didn't really care specifically where I was at with my cycle. He just wanted me to be happy and for us to be tcc. And it seemed work better. Although having said that he was always interested in my temps and would hep me chart them.

SFP - hey here's a funny story. I just tried to pull a blanket over me and couldn't. When I looked over at why...... there was a little pussy cat snoozing on the blanket! He just opened one eye, as if to so, don't even think about it.

KellyM - welcome back, sorry that you have rejoined the group. Sorry about your January bub... as you know being in here can be an amazing source of support. Thinking of you.

Hi to everyone else. Sorry I haven't mentioned you all by name, but know you are in my thoughts, and I am wishing you every success.

AFM - I am trying for an early night tonight, so had better quite typing and get snoozing. Take care.

dory yeah you can't take the blanket away from the cat, it's not like they have anything else to keep them warm is it! :P

murraycod so sorry about bt. i think it is worth thawing the frostie, there is a chance it will survive, so may as well go ahead and try.

kellym sorry to find yourself back in this thread. hope you will find all the support here you need, it is the only thing keeping me going sometimes.

KitFaerie what kind of tablets are you taking to regulate cycle? i am a libra baby and would soooo love one too. come on, we can do it i also give my dh daily body updates, i think i give him way tmi sometimes and i scare him lol.

T-hopes doesn't sound like af is doing is normal thing, so best you do get it regulated before tcc, even though it is hard to wait. i did smile when you talked about bargaining with the acupuncturist maybe you will be lucky after your (SHORT!) break.

Sunbeam are you getting hcg done again soon?

ric hope you are ok. our cycles were pretty similar last time, so when are you testing?

jilly hey, welcome and sorry to hear about your loss. hope the icsi works for you, and you are more happy with your new fs.

AliCat have my af! hope your cycle is not as long as usual for you. good luck next cycle.

TTCALoveChild we said wait till the end of the month, and lucky for you she showed up hope you don't have to wait long for your next bfp.

craftymummy9 good on your dh for helping with the housework. gives you more energy for other things

~mummyof4~ i'm sure you will never forget her ((hugs))

    afm, one week till testing.
