TTCALC, the first day of full flow AF is classed as Day 1 of your new cycle, so count back 14 days from then and that will be a pretty good indicator of when you O. I am not good at charting temps and things, but I do write a little note in my diary how I feel and what I feel. It is funny to go back and realise 'yes' thats right, thats when I Oed!! Try that mabey, and you may have an Idea for next month.
I am againds OPK's, a lot of girls here use them, my my FS told me to throw mine in the bin a year ago now! (look where that has got me though!!)
The CBFM that Crafty and Ferrals have sounds great though, mabey invest in one of those if you think your body is all over the shop!XX
