hey girls - im back and in better spirits than yesterday! sorry about my big sook yesterday but today is a new day, woke up to find AF had arrived over night and my temp took a dive bomb. But I need to remember this is not the end of the world! I now have a 30 day cycle so thats good news! Never had AF this early in my life so my chinese herbs are working! I started my new round of herbs today (for day 1-4 of cycle) and im feeling ok! I think I just needed my day yesterday to mope around and stay in my pajamas and catch up on all my Gossip Girl, Greys Anatomy, Vampire Diaries and finished it all off the Notting Hill, nothing like a but of Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant! Ah it was grand!!!
