Ferrals I think that sounds like a good idea, good to know all your facts. But don't forget the medicare rebate on IVF. I only Paid 200 for my last FET because we're over the 1500 already. (80% back) so that may help your choices. Glad you've got some supports and a counsellor is always good, they are there just for you.

Welcome Jules WA sounds like you've had a big month Welcome.

Cherrished, I'm so jelous about the bread, I'm a bit gluten intolerant but do enjoy nice bread (then suffer) but some days it's worth it. good to hear no AF for you

SmallfryPlus I agrea on the good news time

    Welcome Jenny

Been looking at implantation bleeds on the net and not sure when this happens 6-12 after ovulation but how bout 12 after FET? so confusing but all is stopped so still could be........

greenslw - implantation is that long after ovulation so I would guess it should be similar with FET? Or maybe not quite as long since it doesn't have to travel down fallopian tubes. I'm not familiar with FET myself so don't really know... just searching for an answer, which I'm sure you're doing even more than I am.

juleswa - hi and I never realised until joining this group how often this sort of thing happens in the world. It's a misery of a place this world. I hope that you find some comfort here. Someone was saying a few weeks back that they fell pregnant within a few weeks of mc so it is possible. However, I've also seen somewhere that you can return positive preg tests for some weeks after mc so perhaps that's what it was for you? I agree with sunbeam though, wait til tests come back.

ferrals - I'm glad you're feeling calmer. I think the initial shock of anything is always the hardest part to bear. Once you get through that you can start to see your options and understand things clearer. It doesn't necessarily make it easier, just clearer. This place is the best place to vent everything out, as you said, it's hard when you haven't told many people what's going on.

sunbeam - no idea what's going on with your posts. Mine go up as soon as I hit post so apparently no moderator (unless somehow I'm just getting through all the time!! ) don't take it personally though cos computers can be pretty sucky at times.

To all the other precious ladies in here, I hope tomorrow brings better things than today for all of us. Sleep well

Im having a dud of an evening, it started as a good day, hubby had yet another day off due to the rain, so got some bd in again, then we decided to go to the shops, the kids all needed new pjs and 3 of them needed new undies, my budget was $100, but wow, 2 pairs of pjs each and a pack of undies, and i spent $151.
Any way, all i saw all day were baby things and pregnant women, i had a moment of that should be me, and got a little emotional.
Then my beautiful trouble maker emme, just kept taking off and not listening and hubby was getting frustrated and so was i, then the afternoon went all sour, and now hubby and i are having a mini fight, .

I have had some weird cramping all day, then tonight it got a bit more painful, its all along the bottom tummy line, so i have no idea what it is, if it was with ewcm then i would say o, but i have no cm at all.
And just now i have a stabbing pain in my boobie, and wow that hurts!
    I am cd17 today usually o cd19, just that i still do!
and this weird cramping pain, still going on.

    sorry its all me tonight.

Thanks so much beautiful girls! I was in shock when after 5 mins there was no doubt about it.... there were 2 lines on my pg stick! When I get home from work at lunch time I will be making an OB appointment for 8 weeks (he already told me when I had the m/c in March that I could go in early next time).... I will also be making an appointment to see the dr for bloods... I will probably go in there next week for the referal but then only get them done just before the OB visit so that the levels will give me more of an idea that everything is OK when I see the OB.

YAY I am jsut soooooooooooooo excited, can't believe it!!!

Ferrals honey I love you xoxoxoxo and thanks lovely erybery my old belly buddy xoxoxoox

My mini fight with hubby last night became a big fight at 1.30 in the morning and cause he was very loud, he woke up some kids, poor grace said to me this morning that she heard us, i feel so bad, he was doing the yelling not me.
Everything just got made into something bigger than what it really is, and the stress of the last few weeks just took over i think.
I was telling my mum about it this morning and the first thing she said, is maybe u shouldnt have any more kids, im like it was a verbal fight, many people have them, im just so frustrtaed, grrrrrr!!!

and i dont think i have o yet but i keep thinking i might be pregnant, i wish my brain would stop that cause ill be very upset if af comes next week.

    Hi Everyone,

CONGRATULATIONS CHERISHED. That is fantastic news Wishing you a H&H pregnancy!

Well, i'm over and out. Ob just rang and my hcg levels are negligable, so it's back to the drawing board i guess. I figured that anyways, as I did a preg test this morning again and it was negative. I really didn't expect it to survive the period i just had but you guys know that you always cling to any sign of hope there is. She managed to put my mind at rest cause I've been doing too much reading on the net and had conviced myself that there was something more sinister going on - molar pregnancy, carcinomas - you name it i reckon i had it?!?!? was doing my head in, but she's very thorough and ensures me that nothing bad is going on. she's basically leaving it up to me if i want to ttc again this month, but did hint it might be better to wait a month, both for my physical and mental wellbeing.
so......will continue to track my cycle this month with temp and opk, and hope for some luck next month.
hope you're all doing well and again CONGRATULATIONS TO CHERISH!

    thanks
    Jules

Thanks girls! OMG I am just soooooo excited! Still can't believe it! Just got home from work and the line is still on the stick! I Just made the ob appointment, I could have gone in at 7 weeks (as they take 8 weeks as being from the 1st day of your last period) BUT because I really ovulated a week later I knew I would 'really' only be 7 weeks... SO I told them I ovulated late and that I wanted to go in when the fetus is 'really' 8 weeks because we lost the last one at 8 weeks 3 days..... In many ways I want to go in straight way / as soon as possible but I know I would worry about loosing them at 8 weeks if I did go in early, so if I get the scan done at 8 weeks I will be able to relax knowing everything is fine!

Sorry for a selfish post I am just too excited to think of anything else although I do feel for everyone having a hard time... I love you all and me getting a BFP so soon after the m/c just shows you all that it can happen so please don't give up hope... Now I just pray that everything will be fine with this little on

juleswa big hugs for you honey and Anila only you know if you heart if you should be having more children with your husband

Ok i have an update i got a call from the prof at R.N.S they are sending tissue samples off for testing for a certain enzym to get a more definate answer as what syndryome abbi had the 1st is SMITH LEMI OPITZ SYNDROME the other is PALLISTER HALL SYNDROME the first is from mutated gene's that the parent's carry with a 1 in 4 chance it will happen in each pregnancy and the other would be a 1 off new mutation which means we wouldn't be carrier's or it could be somthing similar to those as they said her abnormalities were so servere they are trying as quick as they can to get an answer for us and the genetic councilor is very interested to know the out come as it is very rare so god i hope they get an answer and it's the pallister hall syndrome if it's the other they can't test for it in ivf embryos but they can through cvs at 11 week's.

yeah we will be ok, just like i said everything just got on top of him, we want more kids, its what both our hearts wants, he is just really scared of me getting my hopes up and having another mc.

but i think i may have o after all, i was having heaps of weird pain last night cd 17, and today cd 18 i had a small amount of clear ewcm, so i hope that means im at 1 dpo, i usually o cd 19, so its prtetty close!!
