oh gosh, I feel such conflict tonight reading this thread.
But first:
CONGRATULATIONS KIT!!
What wonderful news you lovely woman - hugs and congratulations to you and I wish you the most happy and healthy and trouble-free pg and that you enjoy your little earth baby in your arms in nine months. Lots of love to you.
Now for the sad bit.
Millyd - I had to read your post twice...so sad that this might be happening to you and like Crafty, I think 32 is so young to be told no more, I really pray your DH changes his mind. Please keep up with us so we know how you are doing.
Kit, I'm gonna miss you! Please drop by and say hi - will feel a bit lonely here without your cheeriness, you've been so generous and loving in the support you've given to me and others, I really appreciate it.
Sigh...Crafty, you too? It's meant a lot to me to have someone my age in the thread - feels tough being over 40 and TTC. I'll miss you muchly but understand and wish you all the very best no matter what you decide. x
Ferrals, I know you've been through such a lot loosing your little Abbie and to have this as well, well it must be very hard for you. I won't ever forget the tribute you made for Abbie - you are a strong woman and I so hope you and your DH get to experience the joy of another baby very soon. Sorry to see you go but I understand.
Mildez - so sorry for your BFN. It's not fair that it is so hard. I hope your IVF brings your longed for baby. About what you said earlier - it is a different type of grief dealing with both MC&L and LTTTC and sometimes it has been hard for me here and I've had to step back a bit. But on the other hand, I had a very lonely journey until I found this forum and this thread is really the only place in my life where I feel others 'get' how hard this is, even though we've all had very different experiences. I have felt very supported here but I know what you mean. I'm sorry you have had to live with the pain of infertility too - I feel like a part of me will always be missing if I don't get to be a mum and stupid things like friends not inviting us to things because we don't have kids really hurt (like a recent camping trip where they all went with their kids 'cause then the kids can play together and they can have time out - would have been nice actually to have some time out with them but they don't even realise what they are doing or saying that hurts) - you miss out on so many levels.
I think we need a I feel so sad for everyone tonight.
MurryCod - I hope you'll stay - I would be lost without you here! You were so welcoming when I joined it was a life line to me and I hope I can give you support back for your cycle. Hoping with all my heart this one will be the one for you. And if you and Kit and MatthewsMum end up in the same BB group I'm just going to have to go lurk there xx
Girls I know there are others I haven't mentioned personally and please don't think I don't think of you or aren't interested in what you are going through - I am. I read every post, it's just hard to get to everyone each time but know I am always wishing you the best and wanting you to get your BFP.
Love to everyone
Alice xx
Betty - I'm sorry, I haven't even welcomed you to the thread. Sorry to read of your loss but hope you can find some comfort and support here. We have sad times (as you can see) and sometimes we all loose it and have a good laugh. Anyway, hope your stay here is short and your body settles down soon - it can take time like others have said.
