So glad you are feeling OK KEZ! My DH gave me a very similar talking to a while ago and it did actually help. We don't realise at times how much it takes over our lives-- and I'm sure all that energy we use thinking, worrying and generally being basket cases could be put to better use. I'm pleased to hear that you are sounding positive but it is till OK to be sad when you need to be!! I was thinking of you last night and am so glad you posted this morn.
