    hi tina

we are pretty close, i am on CD12 so hopefully i will ovulate soon....just bought OPK for the first time today and this is the first month i am charting temps and CM- so doing everything i possibly can!!! oh and most importantly we are BDing as much as possible!

i guess we can just try to stay positive but at the same time remind ourselves that if it doesn't happen we just have to pick ourselves up and keep going...

now that i have found this forum i think the TWW will be a lot easier than doing it on your own- at least you can talk to others in the same place

Good luck and my fingers and toes are crossed for you too!

Starrysky - a big congratulations! Such exciting news and so happy to see another BFP amongst us.

Well I have been working at a tradeshow the last couple of days so have not had time to write anything. So many pages to read through this morning, you have all been busy. If FF is correct than I am 6DPO but trying hard to pretend I am not in order to save myself from the agony of the TWW or disappointment if AF arrives. I have noticed today that I have a couple of spots on my face, which is not good. I used to always get a pimple or two 1 week before AF, that is how I always knew it was on its way. So will just have to wait and see. I see my naturopath on Monday, so will have her look over my temps just to make sure my body is behaving correctly, as last time she thought my temps were 'sluggish'.

Tina or possibly someone else mentioned that their Ob was not supportive of naturopaths. I would not take much notice, a lot of doctors do not go along with natural alternatives etc. I could tell my ob thought I was wasting my money with the naturopath, but I am a great believer in herbal and natural remedies so will continue. I also see the new Ob next Wednesday and am looking forward to it. I now have to get up the courage to call my original ob's office to have my file sent over to the new one. Tina - did you want a recommendation for a new ob? After I see Mark Umstad on Wed I will give you a report. From all I have heard (other women on BB, my naturopath etc) have all said he is wonderful. And he has his office at Frances Perry. Whoops - Tina just realised it was not you asking about an Ob at Frances Perry! So confused today.

Firstly congrats to Starrysky - sending stickiest of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Secondly, just a quick note to say I had my Lap, all went well, they found early stages of endo (to be confirmed by pathology) behind my uterus and near my ovaries and they've cut it out. MY OBGYN said it could have been there for up maybe up to 12 months. So once I get AF in 4-6 weeks I should be good to go depending on how DP goes with his little sample.
Ironic how I need to wait now to TTC anyway.........
Thanks again ladies for all your support - very much appreciated!

Thirdly, hello to my birthday buddy AB - we have a double link now

Fourthly, special hugs to rest of you and let's get some more in here!!!!

A little sore and light headed but pretty good otherwise. Yep, had D&C & hysteroscopy as well along with dye studies. I'm thankful for the comprehensive investigation all at once.

Bettyboop - GL tomorrow with your appt

    StarrySky - you deserve it!

Girls, do you mind if I join you in here for a while?? *sighs* I feel a bit lost... all my ttc friends have moved onto the pregnancy threads now and left me in the ttc thread! Mind you, there are some lovely ttc'ers in there still that I chat to aswell!

DH & I are both 27 and ttc our first baby....I'm happy to hang in here for a change anyway and make some new friends if possible... I had a early m/c in Nov and since then, haven't been able to fall pregnant again.... I've been off the pill since March07 and actively ttc since Sept07 but it just doesn't seem to be happening... *sighs* i guess I'm just feeling so very very frustrated that words can't describe and I know you all know how this feels..... I just hope it happens soon... I feel bad saying that though when I know others here have been ttc for longer than me or lost a bub at a later stage than me....
Thanks for listening! I look forward to getting to know you.... hopefully we all get our BFPs very soon.

    Starrysky

Starrysky..... I am thrilled for you

I completly understand how nervous you would be as to not wanting to tell anyone for 3 months. Its probably something all of us will find difficult dealing with, finaly getting our BFP and then a totally different issue arrises. I know that I personally am going to have some major issues. All I will be telling myself is to just breathe and get through each day. ONE DAY AT A TIME.

As for your FIL well he s going to know eventually....LOL I would probably suggest telling them but explaining to them how you feel and how nervous you are.

Its funny (not funny as in humerous... just funny) we sit here in our 2WW but in reality we all know mentally it is a 40 week wait broken down into 2 weeks then 12 weeks then 20 weeks and so on.

But hey.... we are strong people..... We have PLENTY of cyber cake on demand and we have each other to get us through it all..... So hey..... pretty lucky bunch of peoples.

PLC1805.... Birthday Buddy...... Soooooo glad to hear from you tonight. I love hearing it when someone has a Lap and they are fine the same day (I think I just get nervous everytime someone has one... I never want anyone to go through the pain I went through)

I wonder.... Is there a thread on here BFP after miscarriage.... maybe Starrysky can give us directions and we can all meet her there

(excuse any typos for the next few days please..... I broke a nail....LOL.... not a little break, they are normally very long - real ones not fake ones .... it broke halfway down.... messy messy messy and PAINFUL stuff... Its all bandaged up so nothing can touch it... makes typing very difficult)

    Renstarr

Dont worry about them moving on ahead of you....... they are just taking the journey earlier so that they can save you a seat. They will have the place all comfy and cosy for you for when you get there.

In the mean time..... help yourself to our cyber cake.... I think our latest one is Vanilla cup cakes iced in blue and pink with on top of them...... Mind you nickstar was bring pork rinds last time and a cork screw.
