Tildy--I've just read your story, and have had to regain control of my emotions.I've never heard of someone being treated so inhumanly!
I'm so glad you followed through with your complaints! I'm so very sorry for your loss, and am at a complete loss of words... thanks for sharing your story, it had to be so very hard to type out.
