Oh no!!! Just lost a huge post...here we go again!! Going to be somewhat shorter as I'm running out of time...
EJ - Harper sounds like she's doing wonderful on Zantac, I definately wouldn't change a thing! I hate giving Jacob his, he cries and tries his best not to swallow it - it makes me feel terrible. But the improvement makes it so worth it - I notice that if I miss a dose by accident due to hectic days or something he is really uncomfortable and unhappy. Yay on the 8.30 sleep! Great job! I need to concentrate now on getting Jacob to sleep in his cot at night time - he's still on the floor with me on a mattress and I would really like to get back into my bed sometime soon. I just hope I haven't created a bad habit. He settles so well when he can see me as he dozes off to sleep...
MadB - Great to see you on here, I understand you limiting your computer time but we love to hear from you when you get a chance! Sewing and pushing a pram at the same time...wow, you're a super multitasking mummy!
Kaz - How's the wii going? I definately need a new bra too... I have been going walking but haven't had the chance to crack out zumba yet...I have organised the lounge so I can start hopefully tomorrow!! Will let you know how it goes! Hope you enjoyed your lunch.
PP - Thanks for your kind words, I think you're doing an amazing job also, Millie looks soooo happy and healthy, and anyone can see how much you love her. She's lucky to have you as a mum. I have decided to have selective hearing when those negative people are around me, as what I'm doing suits me and Jacob and I'm happy with things the way they are. I don't have any experience to base this opinion on but I believe children need to fit in with our lifestyles too, so if that's what you did before then don't change it....sounds like she's doing just fine with the outings anyway! She probably loves it, the little socialite! I worried about taking Jacob travelling so much as we are always going somewhere but he has handled it well.
AFU - All good here, finally got an airconditioner put into Jacobs room so I'm sleeping on the floor on the mattress in there until he's settled then I plan to move back to my bedroom with DH but so far he hasn't had a night in his cot, he just settles so much better when he can see me...so I gotta slowly break that habit. Other than that, the zantac is still working it's wonders and we're having many happy days with plenty of smiles and giggles, I'm just so addicted to them!
I have a possibly really stupid question - is it safe to get your hair coloured while breastfeeding? I didn't get it done while I was pregnant due to chemicals but not sure if the chemicals still matter now with breast feeding or not?? I sorta feel embarrassed asking but I haven't had it done yet cause I am trying to play it safe, but man oh man, I would LOVE to get it done!
