yep, we do too. She also likes to unload in a fresh nappy so I feel your pain Bek!

Monique has been out of sorts today and only had 30 mins from around 2.30pm and then finally went to sleep at about 6.30pm and she hasn't woken up for food. I think she might be waking me up for a feed in the early hours tonight Best get an early night then.

All this rolling over is exciting. No rolls here yet. Lots of legs in the air and over to the side but no follow through.

go Ash.. I know that feeling though.. So proud then so darn tired

Olivia slept reasonably well last night. I few her when she woke at 1:30 *yawn* but she went straight back to sleep. she woke a couple more times but I just got up and went sshh sshh and patted her back gently.. she woke again at 4:30 so I just popped her in bed with me and we slept on and off till 8.. on and off thanks to the boys.. grrr..

now she has been screaming in tiredness for the last half hour and nothing I did would settle her till I lay her on the bed then she suddenly woke up and is now on the floor playing..

Well, I will have to say that I got the best nigths sleep that I have had for a few weeks. Abbey went down around 8.30 ish, got up after 15 minutes, as usual, but was back down by 9 and woke at 7 am.

She rolls over now any chance she gets. The minute I take her nappy off she is flipping herself over. Thank God she can't crawl away just yet. In saying that though I have a funny feeling that she is going to crawl early. She gets herself onto her belly then brings her knees right up to her chest and pushes down on the ground, this makes her push herself forward !! OMG she is way too little for all of this.

Abbey also has begun the teething process, she has 2 teeth in her bottom gums, right in the middle. You can clearly see them just sitting there. She has been pooing a bit funny the last few days, not sure if it's a tummy thing or a teeth thing. Abbey is another one who likes to poo in a clean nappy, and it's always a cloth one too. Go figure.

Thanks for all the well wishes girls. My boob was sore for a few days and I felt crappy but am better now. Have just gotten back in from Noah's footy game. We were out of the house by 8.30am, too early for the weekend.

WTG all these clever babies with their rolling. Let the fun times begin !!!

Finally after 3 hours of screaming Olivia went to sleep. over tired I think.. Jacob is also asleep I lay on the bed with him and just said it is bed time now sleep. He carried on and tried to get up but each time he did I made him lay back down.. In the end I turned my back on him and he didn't like that so he cuddled up and was asleep in 2 minutes

I feel all blergh today like I have a cold but I know I don't? kwim? the boys all have runny noses too

this weather is totally weird. it was so hot last night yet yesterday was cool nearly all day.. and today is warm but I wouldn't say hot

Nic, I hope you manage to get some rest too hun. Perhaps now while the little ones are asleep you can have a nap, or atleast a lay on the lounge ??

Tehya and Abbey have had colds for a couple of weeks now, Noah is starting to get one. Can't win in the weather lately.

Got a semi rest but better then nothing.

Olivia woke at around 2 and we hopped in and had a 20 min bath Jacob woke up while we were in there and he has woken up not looking 100% but still cheerful.. Stupid change of season colds..

Olivia and Jacob are now laying on the floor together..

glad to hear you are getting some rest Nic - i had to let Vicky sleep on me today as my extremely intelligent DP decided that we would go shopping this morning and only let both the kids sleep in the car over there - 15 mins . Good one doofus we have had two screaming tired blubbery messes this arvo and Vicky was not having a bar of her bed. Hopefully the rest of the day will be better. Off to make banana & honey milkshakes for afternoon tea.

I GOT AF TODAY!!!!! Guess that really means I am not pg. Time to start temping again, although I do have an apt at the hospital on Monday to have the Mirena thing put in. DH told me not to worry about it as we'll be ttc by the end of the year. Nice to see that he has consulted me on this issue. I thnk for sanity sake that we should ttc in around 18 months time.

Miss Loren was whingy all arvo yesterday, I just could not keep her happy. She must have been so over-tired. Poor thing all her sleeps were interupted because we were out and about. I can't seem to get Loren into a feeding routine. Mostly she feeds 3 hourly, but she'll have say 80ml and then 1 hour later she is screaming for more and she'll drink between 60 and 120mls and then at night she'll feed every 2 hours. Sara used to feed every 3 hours on the dot, she'd take the whole bottle and be done with it.

Also I really have to start a stricter sleep routine, it seems that we are doing all sorts of things to get her to sleep atm.

Best go, I hope you all have a great Saturday night. My DH is working tonight and then going to a party so I am home alone.

Not sure if you want a YAY or not Bek, but I will give you one any way. YAY for AF turning up. Ohhh at DH's plan's for you

Morgan, don't you hate those power naps. Not enough to make them happier or rested, just enough to make them even more cranky. I hope you have a good night tonight then.

Nic, Ohhh hun I am hearing you on the kids waking up the baby. P's you off hey, you spend all your time getting the baby to sleep only so the other kids can wake her up in 5 minutes flat.

I have Abbey asleep in my arms. I was just about to put her to bed when Tehya woke and started crying. I sent Mark in to settle her. Looks like I will have to put up with the dead arms abit longer.

I just uploaded a few new pics of Abbey. Have a squizz

Nic, I love Olivia's fluffy hair. Too cute.

Trish & Nic - those are two gorgeous girls.
Nic - Vicky's hair is lying flat now i'll pull my finger out tomorrow and take some new pics & upload them.

WARNING - dont give kids those yoghurt drinks - gave a strawberry one to Alex while out shopping today and 5 mins later the entire lot came back up all over him - it really stunk

Both kiddies are in bed have been since 7.30pm and DP is next door drinking beers & watching AFL so i have a beautifully quiet house

    Thanks Morgan

Abbey's hair sticks up something shocking. She has a baby mohawk.

Grose on the spewed up yoghurt too. Bet it still looked the same though

Hope your enjoying your quiet house too. My kids have all been asleep for a while now. Not sure why I am still sitting in front of the puter, I really should take my bum to bed and get some sleep. Just nice enjoying the very rare peaceful house.

    Thanks Trish and Morgan

Olivia went back to bed not long after I posted thankfully and has been sleeping soundly ever since. I kinda hope the extra feed will help her sleep till at least 4:30 or even 5 if I'm lucky..

eeww at the yoghurt spew Morgan. I am not good with spew and dh is even worse so on the rare occassion we do get it , it is my job to clean it up

No matter what we try we can't get Olivia's hair to go down I wet it and leave it be and it springs up. I had a stranger walk up to us the other week and start rubbing her head lol. I wasn't bothered by it as she looked like a nice clean lady

Well its my bedtime (I think) sick of going to bed so early but I am so bleepin tired lately. To be honest i could have gone to bed just after 8 but have made mysef stay up a bit and get some good quality quiet time

Trish - Thanks for the congrates...although I hate the AF pains damit I have not had AF for 16 months and I so hate it.

Cute pics girls. Sara's hair used to stick up like Sid Vicious's hair. I have put some pics up of Loren and one of Sara at the same age. My girls could not be more different. Loren is still a baldy!!!
