That boy is god damn lucky he ran cus I was ready to whack.. he smacked her right across the face with the remote..

her eye is all puffy her nose is red on one side.. OMG i don't even want to go near him i am so angry..

he is in bed and Olivia is asleep on my lap.. This all happened 10 mins ago so i am surprised by the swelling already or is that normal??

awwww the poor little thing!! tv remotes really hurt being wacked in the head!! Hope she is ok.

well 2 more days of the other nurse being on then shes off and ash start CC at 7.30am every morning. god im gonna be soo tired. we had a couple days i got called in early and had to scoop him out of bed and take him.. he wasnt impressed at all!
But at least hes enjoying being there now so that really helps, plus they feed him breakfast too.. so getting that extra little bit of my moneys worth!!

Im so hormonal atm is driving me nutty.. ive been getting really maternal at work with the nurse being pregnant, yet its making me angry about rob and not being able to afford a nice big house... i have 3 yrs left on a massive, very stupid car loan and then i can get myself something really nice, so at least i have some long term goals..

Sorry for the late notice happy birthday kellie!!

Well better crawl into bed whilst the little monkey is fast asleep... night all...

Thankfully it looks as though Olivia foesn't have a black eye..

Lauren: we all make stupid loan mistakes then you hit 30 and start to sort yourself out

good luck with the early starts.

Not sure what my plans are today.. tomorrow I will go weigh Olivia at the Child health clinic. fingers crossed she is over 9kg

Awww poor Olivia. I hope her head is ok now.

My little Olivia had her first big ouchy on Sunday night. DH stupidly shut the bathroom door on her thumb (it was in where the hinges are). Her whole thumb is now a deep red, purple and blue and the nail is completely black! She is using it ok so I am sure it is not broken but it is seriously bruised. My poor little bubba, who is usually very tough, cried nonstop for half an hour and just wanted mummy cuddles for even longer. What do I do if the nail falls off? Do I cover it with a bandaid?

    Afternoon everyone,

It`s absolutely peeing down here in Sydney atm.....but we really need the rain,so i don`t mind. Both Tiger & Kieren had a good sleep this afternoon,so i had some lovely peace & quiet.

Bek- Nice to hear you are feeling better.

Nic- God poor Olivia,I bet that was a real shock, something like that,I would have been after my kid with the wooden spoon! I hope she is ok,Nic.
It always seems to be the smallest kiddies that get picked on the most,we have the same problems here, with Tiger pushing Kieren around, boy has he had some smacks.

Lauren- Gee your going to be one tired mummy,at least you know Ash is having a good time at dc,now.I hate when you have to get them up out of bed though, seems cruel on a cold morning,ay...take care.

Alicia- Poor Olivia,it`s terriable when something happens to our bubs.I must say little Kieren has a very bad habit of putting his hands in the cracks of the doors too,I always have to check where he is before closeing a door. The nail will probably re-grow back eventually, but i think if you put a bandaide on it Olivia, will probably just pull it off, lol.
    hope she is ok.

I hope i didn`t foreget anyone,I?m feeling really tired today with this stuffy head, can`t wait until bed time.Ok,Chow!!!

Off to the movies tonight.. whoohoo.. god im gonna be thinking of ash the whole time.. hes sooo gonna be confussed!

better run before the boss comes out and i have to close the website quickly and loose my post..lol

Thank you for the birthday wishes I got on last night but then it kicked me out.

Buzzie - have a lovely date night.

Nic - owwww, poor Olivia. Glad she doesn't have a black eye.

MoM - how are you feeling? I hate colds and there is so much stuff going around at the moment I am trying to stay away from everyone.

Alicia - OUCHY. I have accidentally caught Monique's fingers in the bathroom door twice but she managed to scream before the door really closed up. It's so heartbreaking when they cry in pain. I hope it gets better soon. Have no idea what to do about the nail though.

Bek - are you feeling better? I know what you mean about the little ones hanging off the back of you. Monique makes an awful growling like sound.

We are doing well here. Monique loves childcare and is doing really well and sleeps so well during the night although won't sleep in her cot anymore. I might set up her toddler bed soon and see if she will sleep in that.

I am now 26 weeks pregnant and only have 8 weeks of work left - woohoo.

    Hi all,

Louise- Hi,it seems like everyone has come down with something lately, hope you & your DD is feeling better very soon, hugs.
Gee haven`t we had some pooring rain....the kids hate being inside for too long.

I took Kieren to the shops at lunch, had a good day out for a hour or so,at least he`s no trouble to take anywhere.
I got most of my Easter shopping done, while the other`s were in dc & at school,so I don`t have to rush around at the last minute.

Hi to everyone....hope you are all well. Looks like we have this rain set in for another week.....

Wow Susan I saw all the floods on the news, you guys really are having a LOT of rain at the moment!

Tinsel - Not long to go now! Does it feel like this pregnancy is going faster or slower? Ive heard the second goes by faster as you dont have as much time to think about it.

Lauren - I hope you enjoyed your night out. Any gossip...?

Louise - I know so many people with colds and things at the moment it is almost like an epidemic.

Well I had to take Olivia to the doctors this morning. Her swollen thumb started to bleed so we thought we should get it checked, even though it doesn't seem to be bothering her at all. The doc said she is probably ok but sent us for an xray just to make sure there isn't a small crack in the bone because if there is, and she now has an open wound, she will have to be in antibiotics to prevent an infection getting into the bone We get the xray results in the morning.

hope everyones having a good night...

Little Livi's thumb is not broken thank goodness I am still dreading the whole nail falling off thing but at least my poor bubba's thumb will be ok.

Not much going on here today. I am thinking of heading out to look at strollers this afternoon. Lifting the pram in and out of our new car is harder for me (it's a bit higher) and I've had a stiff back since I have been doing it, so time to look for something lighter to take in the car.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Alicia - Thankgoodness Olivia's thumb is ok. I just bought a Steelcraft Profile stroller and I love it. yes the 2nd pregnancy goes faster and the 3rd even faster than that.

Susan - Its raining cats and dogs here. I think NSW has sent it up here.

Buzzie - All the best with Ash's dad. If you have feelings for him and want a relationship then let him know. You have to be asertive with him and tell him what you expect and want. He owes it to you!!!!

I went shopping with the girls and my SIL and her 3 yo today...big mistake. It is rainy so hard and do you think the kids would let us get anything done...nope. I hate shopping with kids.

Tinsel - Not long for both of us now.

Bekz - yes i agree 100%! i had a thought today its prob a very bad idea to move out with him without a garenteed relationship cos if we stay just 'friends' im not going to be able to being men back home!! sooo..

I found another unit.. going to put an application in for it, its not avalible till may which is perfect and it has EVERYHING in it im looking for... praying i get it.. mum said she will go on the least with me so it might help my chances of getting it!!

OMG 99 days to go... how exciting for u bekz!!! i remember the day kelly said to me.. hey double figures now and i was so excited lol

Had a good day at work today, mind u im so tired getting up so early and HATE making ash cry getting him out of bed.. but hes perfect when i leave him now!! he walks off and waves adn says bye and no more tears (touch wood) !!!

    Morning all, remember me

I have been AWOL such a long time but my excuse is I have been working full time (after being "ahem" rentrenched but not retrenched from my last job just before Christmas - not nice!) I am now working as a lawyer for a large clothing company (we own Just Jeans, etc) and it is fabulous!

Kitten my little Ollie is a bit sick right now too - a temp and runny nose but it is days like this I am glad his dad is home with him.

Nic, Flynn is awful to Ollie most of the time (a bit like Jacob with Olivia I expect) and I have to keep telling myself that he is not going to be traumatised by it because every younger child gets a raw deal from older siblings. I gather your older boys don't appear to screwed up from the poundings they received as bubs LOL!! Still, it is awful to watch your baby in pain, especially when your older "baby" inflicted it.

Buzzie I am so glad things seem to be edging towards a resolution with you and Ash's dad - from your FB pics I am sure no-one could resist being away from such a lovely boy for too long!

Alicia I used to constantly jam my fingers in the hinge of doors when I was little (and I mean at least once a year til I was about 6 or 7). You can buy these foam clips to put on the top of doors to prevent them from closing - I think Baby Bunting has them

Bekz and Tinsel - belated congrats on your pgs - I must admit I am a little jealous of you both because if things had have worked out with my last job I would have been aiming to be about 8 months pg by now (as we always wanted 3 close together). I am so glad things are going well for you both - you must be so excited!!

Susan my boy is teething too right now, but you are lucky he gets some comfort from his toy lamb. I am yet to get Ollie to hook on to a toy so when he is a bit unwell it is harder to get him to settle.

Better go - time to get to work

Rory - who are u again? LOL ! So glad to hear u love your new job!
I understand about the boys picking on each other, ash and one other little boy at ABC are constantly at it pushing each other over.. oh my godness.. and i thought my darling sweetie pie was friends with all the kids LOL

Today has been interesting i spoke to Ashs specialist and she has up'ed his iron meds to a stronger one along with the incremin and has to now be on this one for 3months, which is ok, he liked the other one but she said he might not like this cos its twice as strong but anyways..... i told her his days are awesome hes eating like a horse again and soo much more happier its amazing.. but he will now sleep an hour or 2 then wake up and its back to being awake every 30mins if that... and she said, he has been doing that now for so long it has become his sleeping cycle, the deep couple hours is how a 'normal' baby sleeps then they come into there lighter sleep - the rythmic eye movent stage, and he is not able to get back into that deep sleep again by himself and stay there.... SOOOO we are on STRICT SLEEPING ROUTINES...... NO MORE SLEEPING WITH MUMMY waaahhhhh and i have bought him a brand new cot today, matress, linin (thomas the tank - LOVES thomas atm), blanket, pillow etc, (which i pickup tomorrow cos my cars too small LOL) and it starts...
The ladys at child care can pat him to sleep and i really want to be able to do that too, not 15 boobies per night!! Then eventually he wont need me at all.

So she said a child at 15months will take 4 WEEKS to adjust to a routine that MUST keep being the same, so im going to be a mad zombie for the next 2 weeks.
Ive tried putting him in his bed and couldnt get through one night of it!!! she said start on a friday night so u have the weekend to start the first hardest days ..

Mind u in bloody 1-2 months i will hopefully have my own place and they itll all be new for him again!! the poor little thing!!! oh well no more moving after this

well thats my mid-day report lol ash is at ABC so better use the time well..

ooohh Trinny and Susanna are at southland shopping centre near my house tonight.. must go see them!!

    have a good night everyone!!
