Hi there,

Thanks for the birthday wishes. It was one of the best ever. Lots of presents and good times were had with the little family here. We also had a small celebration with some friends in the afternoon - cake and champagne - yay!! It was the warmest day so far this year (about 17 degrees!) and sunshine. So it was like a miracle. Back to drizzle and freezing again today, so we were lucky yesterday.

Al is crawling properly now most of the time. He was pretty grizzly on and off today - I reckon its his teeth again. We may finally see some new teeth - he's had just the 2 bottom ones since January. He is a pretty cuddly baby. But he is also often too busy to hang around for a longer cuddle - something better comes along. So somewhere in the middle on that one.

Kate - glad to hear you're sounding well. Must help that Kelsey is sleeping better. Funny how she is settling better at night now she is moving. She probably has been tossing and turning about how she will manage it! Good girl Kelse. You did a good shop too. Al has some Little People at the Carnival and he loves it. They seem to be a good buy as they generally play with the LP from 3 yrs up I think. But the Ferris Wheel has lights and music so he spends a bit of time with that already now. We will probably buy more of those I reckon.

Hayseed - I remember how it felt dropping b-feeds and it was terribly difficult for me as well. sorry that its been stressful for you both. Perhaps he just isn't hungry at that earlier time you were offering it? I'm sure that you will work it out.
BTW we are on 3 ff a day - approx 8am - 3pm - 8pm. I'm not sure when I am supposed to cut out the middle of the day milk feed, but I am surprised the MCHN is recommending it for pup already. But perhaps it is a difference bw breast and formula thing... :-k

Brooke - I reckon commando crawling is crawling. But I am no expert . Great that Maya is sleeping for you. Yay!

Back to the books now. I am moving up and onto Level 8 in my course tomorrow. Only 12 weeks to go and I am beginning to get more fluent finally. Slowly slowly.
