Hi guys - did an awful thing today - to cut a long story short I was bathing Flynn in our (big) handbasin and splashed a bit of hot water on his leg accidentally (ie: wanted to make sure the tap itself was "cool" so turned on the "cold" after getting him out of the way of the water but he jerked back and got a splash from the "hot" water being flushed out). He screamed so much I was o worried, but most of the crying fit was cause he was over tired. There's no mark on his leg and he was cooing at me about 10 mins later so there's obviously no permanent damage but I felt (feel) absoultely gutted and stupid. Told DH over phone (he is away this week) and he was understanding. Still, heart was racing just telling him about it and remembering the fear.

He sleeping now, but I am anticipating his midnight nappy change so I can check his leg again and reassure myself all is ok.

Simone, I likein Glenroy - so close to you. We should hook up - a good friend of mine has a 10 month old (lives in essendon) while another has a 3yo and one due in September who lives in Greenvale.....
