Mel - Lewis has cradle cap too. I use sweet almond oil before he goes to sleep then when he wakes up I brush it out and re apply some oil again. Also after his bath I give it a good rub with the towel. It looks horrible doesn't it. He;s had it for just under a week now and it does seem to be going a bit. (I'm in Rosebery by the way).

Well after posting this morning to say he was back to catnapping, Lewis slept pretty much all day again! He had a 3 hour sleep this afternoon. So I'm hoping it doesn't impact on his sleep tonight. He slept from 8pm-5am last night for the first time!
