Debbie - you are such a great mum! Don't feel any guilt!! You're doing what's best for you and your little man. I think I am of the thought process that as long as mum and little one are happy, that's the ultimate goal - however you get there. I have a friend at the moment who is also in the process of weaning but because for some reason, her milk supply won't kick in so little one isn't gaining weight without being ff.......bit emotional for her as well but the best for them both. for you lovely!!

Princessmya - okeedokee then!! Hurling sticky baby vibes at you!!

Well DD has her days beautiful and her nights almost there!! Am still averaging between 5-6hours of sleep myself so not too bad - must admit though, am hanging for that uninterrupted 8hour sleep.................LOL!!!!! (tell 'er she's dream'en!!!! )

DD has got the self settling thing down fabulously!! She knows when it's bedtime and can be so happy until I take her into her room and she starts to protest. Well!! Has she got a pair of lungs on her!! I wrap her, tell her in her ear that it's time for bed and I love her very much but she's not a big girl like her big sister so she can't stay up (), tuck her in, kiss her again and not 3 minutes after walking out, she's asleep!! Woohoo!! Even after her super poos at the most inconvenient time of 5am (!!) I'll tuck her back in and say that I'll see her at 6.30am and within minutes she's asleep again........

...definitely completely different to DD#1!!! But I am loving feeling like a normal, in the flow of life again, mum and wifey! Could do without the multiple outfit changes for DD as her explosive poos are ridiculous!! (5 times in one day!! Sheesh!!) Almost cut a singlet off the other day rather than trying to work out how to get it over her head without dragging the poo that had shot right up inside of it, up her back!! Noice!!

Hope you all had lovely father's days as well!! Hope you are all pampering yourselves amongst being the super mums that you are!!

Off for a feed and then a cup of tea and a read of the new IKEA catalogue......
