    I'm second LOL!!!

Still around just flat out again. Hopefully after New Years things will calm down and I get back into a routine!

I'm having a cooking day today. Right now I have Lemon Chicken in my slow cooker and it smells divine! I'm going to make chocolate cake, fudge, fruit gels for Em and pureed pumpkin carrots etc. I also have to print some more photos off. With all the vouchers I've got I've managed to print out all the photos I needed for free ! So I'm very happy!

Shazz ~ WW is similar on a very SMALL scale LOL - its no where near as cool LOL. There are 3 pools and slides and the kids pool has stuff in it. We had a great day though!

Kim ~ WOW you are great at taking photos! And it always works that way. As soon as Em is asleep I start craving something that's never in the house hehe!

Leanne ~ If I lived closer I'd be over in a flash! I read the other thread and haven't had time to reply but the responses in there are fantastic! Big !!

Well I better get my butt into gear before Em wakes up. I hope everyone has a great New Years planned!!!

Was there anything good in the Spotlight catalogue lol???? I can remember sultanas in the girl's nappies when they were babies (gross fact- they actually plump up more after being eaten!!)

    Hi girls!
I've just finished work - and that's it for me! No more "hands on" work (not if I can help it!!). But I plan to spend a lot more time ensuring my staff are doing more hands on work! Overall the girls are great - but there is definately room for improvement!

My DH sent me an SMS today whilst I was at work. He said "your son fell out of the bed". That's all he wrote! I rang in a panic, and it seems he is okay... but he had a bit of a shock. Normally Shaun wakes up around 6-7am and we bring him into our room where he has his bottle then falls back to sleep for a couple more hours. Which is what happened today (woke at 6am). But I had to go to work... so he was sleeping with 'daddy' which is normally fine. I piled all the pillows around him/the edge. But it seems that Shaun woke up, and daddy slept like a log... and Shaun is crawling now... so he must of gone over the edge. He is fine... but he's got a bruise on his cheek. I think the single parent co-sleeping will have to stop... although I wake up if a bird flies past our house so I think I'll be right.

I can't believe that it's NYE tomorrow!!! What is everyones' plans? We're going to a friends house, and my parents are going to mind Shaun. He loves going to their house and getting spoilt rotten. I'm glad they live in the next suburb.

I've been bingeing & pigging out before my weight loss challenge. I've given my mum strict instructions not to bring any of her famous jelly slice or mars bar slice around to our house! I've got to get organised and start planning my meals, my exercise and start drinking water. I've got 20+ kilos to lose so I better put some effort into it.

It's funny that your kids have had things come through their poo's. Shaun hasn't done yet... although he keeps making a beeline for the cat food. And a beeline for the cat. He is obsessed with our cat, who thankfully is very patient (to a degree). Poor thing will have to hide when Shaun starts walking though.

Hope you all have a wonderful New Years Eve celebration... if you are driving - please take care.

Jodie don't you love how they become "your son" lol. Even the girls say to me "mum, your baby's crying"
I think we are having a quiet NYE, I can't be bothered staying up late any more (I can't believe I said that OMG i'm old!!) DD#1 has the poos with us because we won't let her go to a party at someones holiday house at Pearl Beach or a party at Blues Point! (Don't worry mum they have a bouncer is not enough for me at this stage!!)

Ah Christine in ten years she won't remember LOL says the nerd who never wanted to go anywhere. I'll be doing the old person thing too. I couldn't care less what day it is. I usually work night shift so this is a novelty, but Cam's got 6am starts for a few days. Funny you mention about Sultanas, I was actually wondering about them today hehehe

    Glad Shaun's OK Jodie!

Cam wants to go to DW for that Shazz - I hate getting splashed so waterparks are so not my thing......I could visit all you guys though....

Gotta love taking Daddy shopping.....Darcy came home with a heap of stuff from PP. one pair of jeans, one pair of trackies, a body suit, a top, a pair of socks and the worlds cutest pair of pink mary janes all for $80. Then we got a bargain top at Target for $5. And then she got to share caramel sundae - she's had a good day.

Hey Jodie when do we start the challenge?? I need to fill up first too. All I seem to do is eat at the moment whether I am hungry or not.
We had 10 people (rellos) over for lunch. It was my favourite cousin and her DP, 3 of their kids, other cousin with 1 kid, my aunty, my dad then my brother and sil came over with the new baby who is 3 days old. The kids got lots of presents and we ate too much AGAIN but it was nice. I even changed my niece's nappy andshe pooed EVERYWHERE on the change mat!! I didn't even retch which I usually do with any child but my own.(luckily no junk mail or sultanas lol)
I will tell Jess that I have back up from people younger than me re going out on NYE!

Christine... send me an email (you can contact me via any of the email addresses in my business websites below)... and I will send you all the details of the weight loss challenge...

My little monkey just doesn't want to sleep tonight. He's not crying or anything. Just playing and chatting away to himself. He's going to his nannas house tomorrow night so I hope he doesn't play up for her.

My baby does not want to go to bed either. She gets grumpy lately if she's put to bed and can still hear us talking or the telly. LAst night I got to bed after midnight!, and it looks like tonight m ight be the same. MArk's off tomorrow so I am thinking he can 'be on duty' tonight.

I was PMSL before about all the different foods and how they come out the other end. The other day we let Kaitlyn try a cherry tomato from our vege garden, and you know what she must have swallowed it almost whole cause there it was in her snugglers the following morning!!! It was still bright red too! LOL

Oh guess what. DH got the promotion. So the company car is something we can look forward to. We'll be trading our current car in for the company car and I am allowed to get a small car for myself. How cool! So I guess I will be one of the few p platers out there driving a newbie. That is, IF I pass the test. I am starting to fret about it all really.

Anyway, hubbies made me a hot chocky with marshmallows, so I am off.
    Have a nice night girls.

Erin and Riley are in my bed watching The Simpsons at the moment!! Erin just said" I can't get him to sleep, he's hyped on sugar" (I'm not sure where he got this sugar from!!) Jess has been asleep since 3pm as she went to a Movie Marathon all night last night with some friends, see babies and little kids don't sleep and teenagers never get out of bed!
Jodie I will email you tomorrow, every time I look at your signature it makes me want to go and get a facial or some other lovely beauty treatment.
Better go upstairs and get the two young ones to bed, I think I am sleepier than either of them lol.

Leanne I sent you an email but that's so exciting!!!! Tell him congratulations from all of us. Rubbish you won't pass your test. You're more skilled than most of the long term drivers I know.

Tehe maybe she's sneaking him some Christine....hope not. Shame Jess couldn't go to the movie marathon last night then she might have slept through tonight and not be upset with you over the party thing...

Is it too early for rocky road??? Well it's gotta get eaten how will I start to be good if it's still there. Jodie, I'm not going to WW and we don't have a fancy scale. How do I get my weight verified?

Ooh Nat I've started my resolutions....I've done 3x1page layouts and 1x2page layout in the last two days....
