kim - i will try pocket change then maybe with next bub. i love your attitude to life, i am nore of a 'thats too hard im not even gonna try' kinda girl, would love to trun that around though, i'll just keep saing to myself "i can achieve everything", lets hope it works...Im really hoping to bf next bub to 12 months and beyond, fingers crossed.

sorry i can't rememver the rest of the personals cause of the new thread...

food...what a constant battle, from 6-10 months he would eat anything and everything and heaps of it, though there are several things which makes his reflux play up. Now there are obviously too many other better things to do than sit down and eat. ATM his daily diet is

toast with vegemite X2
weetbix X2

banana
yogurt
dry bikkies with peanut butter

tinned two fruits
baby custard out of the tin or jar
sultanas/dried blueberries
cheesestick

he will also sometimes try our food during the day and tea time, but usually doesn't eat much unless its pizza, burger or chips then he would eat til he bursts, sometimes i feel like a really bad mum when i let him share takeaway. he used to eat heaps of veges but has recently gone off them, an hopeing his eating gets better when we buy a dining room table and eat together.

Archie and I went to playgroup for the first time today, was really nervous, but i know it is importnant for Arch to be around other kids. this is gonna sound awful but as i walked into the gate my heart sank cause there was a woman there who we are family friends with, were really close friends til Archie was born. Basically before Archie we were all best friends and we were involved in everything to do with their little boy, but when Archie came along they didn't give two hoots about Archie they just turned every conversation straight to their kid, and she tells me all the things i do wrong as a mum, i could go on forever. So i was all geared up to go to this playgroup just accross from our house where i didn't know anyone and i could just go there and make new friends (i am very shy and nervous with new people) now im worried that casue i had to talk to this woman that all the other mums will judge me casue im friends with her, but i actually can't stand her. Im probably just making this out to be way bigger than it is. Anyway Archie had lots of fun so thats the main thing. i really need to stop worrying about what other people think and just be a confident mum......easier said than done.

Really sorry for that big whinge, i needed it though...

leanne - lol at you being a mean mummy, i do that too sometimes rarely works though, it can be really stressful trying to feed them hey?!
