leanne - big hugs, hope the germs dont stick around long

I am wondering if i am running low on iron, all of the sudden feel washed out and nauseas tonight. Is folic acid iron??? I was anaemic as a child twice, and when i was pg with Archie i expected my blood test to come back as low iron but i actually had a huge amount of iron...i was wondering if folic acid maube contributed???
