    Hello there lovelies!

Long time no chat!!!! Sorry I've been MIA, with working 6 days and a very active 15 month old I'm finding it hard to sleep let alone jump online!

Seems like everyone is having a not so pleasant time - I apologise, I am too so I definitely feel the pain! Blake is a joy but he just can't get well - he is always on antibiotics and has recently been diagnosed with asthma, so another thing to add to his list!! His ear is leaking again, he has a terrible case of gastro and his chest infection won't go away - more xrays to be had I think!

Luckily, he is only waking once to twice a night which is him sleeping perfectly, so I can't complain. He is growing an evolving everyday, and my new favourite thing is him showing me where his toes, tummy and willy are and always saying UH OHHHH when he falls down or gets in trouble lol He had his first haircut on Tuesday and looks so grown up - he had almost shoulder length curls and was looking a bit girly so I went and got him a gorgeous little mohawk LOL

D-You know I'm here, I'm on credit now so I can't call you but you have my new number, use it....good luck with the FDC meeting, how interesting that it's a man!

I'm at work so I best be off, 3 WEEKS TILL MY 21ST PARTY hurrah I'm so excited, it should be a great night.

    Take care,

    Ashlee.

    everyone!

to you both Ash and D - sorry to hear you aren't having a nice time at the moment. Hope things pick up soon.

Dan - glad you guys are sorting things out..... Wise old owl that I am, I tell people all the time the thing that keeps marriages together (most of the time!) is communication and misunderstandings are what tear them apart alot too... DH have been through hell and back in the last 11 years and the only thing that has kept us going is communicating with each other constantly even when it hurts. Rambling now - sorry!
Izzy is a bit better now but far out they know how to test us don't they - especially when they will sleep in on the days we have to work and waking early on our days off.... Deceptively Delicious looks great - it was written by Jerry Seinfelds wife. Ive seen it at Myer and there are a few threads on here about the recipes too.

Shell - you are one hot mama! I know the need to feel good though, I am determined to lose the weight I put on before I got pg with Izzy once this little man pops out. Im hoping the weight that I have put on with him will fall off as quick as it did with Izzy.

Lis - hope work wasn't too bad the other day for you.

Lulu and Kass to everyone else I have missed!!

Well we are doing ok. I'm getting bigger and bigger! 30 weeks today! Whoo hoo! Can't wait to meet our little man!

Izzy has been unsettled since her fever and lethargy episode a few weeks ago, not sleeping at night, grizzly during the day, nappy rash (really bad) teething, off food you name it. I finally got mum to take her back to her family GP for a massive check up of everything and turns out that she has a few eye teeth coming through, that has caused the bad nappy rash, plus a slight respiratory infection that isn't bad enough for AB's though. Far out. At least she seems a bit better the last few nights and has been sleeping better than she was during the week.

We have been still giving her a bottle when she wakes at 6ish and she would go back to sleep up until around 8ish or so but in the last few days she has been having her bottle then not going back to sleep so I am going to cut it out altogether and just give her one at night. Last night she went down at 7 and woke at 730 so that's good. We are going onto cows milk finally! She was on formula still because she is such a tiny titch but I think it's time now.
We are also dealing with major toddler tantrums at the moment. I have bought Pinky's book Toddler Tactics which is great at explaning the developmental stages etc and why she does things. Doesn't make it that much easier though when I have to take somethig from her and she comes up and hits me. She KNOWS that she is doing something wrong and we have tried ignoring, saying NO firmly, distracting etc but she still does it and knows that its wrong. AH the joys!

Right I'm off to organise something for dinner - made chocolate choc chip cookies today mmmm soooo good!

Oh no D I'm so sorry to hear that, take care of yourself and remember that we are all here for you ok?

Ash great to hear from you, sounds like you are super busy.

Dan - no we haven't had any more teeth come through so have no idea why she is waking at night. Anyway she has been great the last few nights so fingers crossed it continues. Yes I will probably look for a new job soon, have been emailing some of my ex work mates to see if they know of anything. Glad to hear that you guys are sorting it all out.

Tan - OMG 30 weeks!!!! Wow that is so exciting! We haven't experienced any real toddler tantrums yet. Sometimes El will cry if I tell her 'no' but it is usually only for a few seconds and then she gets over it. Your Izzy sounds very cheeky!

Shell - I think you need a maid lol! Yay for joining the gym!

Lulu how are things going? I hope that your DH has started helping out more, if he hasn't tell him I will personally come over and kick his butt lol! I know you live very far from me but hey, if that's what needs to be done then I'm your woman!

Kass how are you and little miss Annabelle doing?

Sorry if I have missed anyone???

Busy busy weekend here. Visited 5 houses today and we really like one so hopefully we will go and see it again and possibly put in an offer! My brother is getting married tomorrow so will have a really busy day and hopefully Ellie will be on her best behaviour.

Better go and get stuff ready for tomorrow.........take care all.

Just thought I should do a little post on Annabelle as I haven't posted about her, really for a while anyway

She is walking and talking NON stop! Which I love she is most talkative in the morning. She'll have a convo over breaky with me and then just keep on talking

She has been talking on phones since about 8months but lately I've had to watch how I act around her as she is now just before hanging up to the 'noone' on the other head, having an argument then slamming the phone down I must of had an argument one day and she soaked it all in

Her ear infection must be clearing up as she is sleeping much better and not playing with her ear anymore. Ummmm.......what else............she has six teeth, 3 up top and 3 bottom.

She is doing HEAPS more but I would be here for ever, so thanks for reading just thought I should do an update

Be back later and I'll do personals

Well after another night of Olivia screaming from 12 to 4.30 last night I think we have our answer. Chicken Pox and cutting molars and eye teeth . No wonder the poor little princess has been so miserable and not sleeping.
Well I am off to do some housework and organise some lunch.

Surprise everyone - I have been MIA for months. Some of you might remember me, others not - hello anyway!

Hope to be around a little more now, its amazing how much our little ones have grown in the past year - time certainly does fly.

Anyway am trying to read and catch up on as many posts as possible.

Big hugs to Ash and Lis

Dan - Poor little poppet - at least you know what it is IYKWIM... I felt better the other day when we found out Izzy had the respiratory infection, because I knew something was wrong, but wanted to know what it was. Fingers crossed she doesn't get too grizzly and recovers fast.

Beck - Long time no post! How is Alexis going! Our babies sure have grown haven't they! Not babies anymore! Glad to hear from you!

all - hope you are all well! I have a curriculum day at school tomorrow - which normally would be great - no kids, but I am running the whole day so am cr@pping myself! Staff have a tendency to really critique these days and bang on about how they are a waste of time etc... so I hope it goes ok!

Have a good one and will let you all know how I go! Hope bubs are behaving and you are all keeping warm if you are experiencing this freezing weather!
