Oh - and I forgot to mention chiropractic care for bubbas. I cannot tell you how much this helped with DS1's colic!! Definitely recommended!! There are some chiropractors that specialise in pediatric and maternal health.
There are some massive changes in weight distribution that occur after birth and this can throw your spine and neck right out of alignment and cause severe headaches - not to mention the additional strain that holding a baby and feeding can have on your upper back and neck.
I saw my chiro yesterday and although I am feeling a little tender after the adjustment already I am feeling SO much better!!
