Maddi had her ultrasound. She laughed & chatted away tried to play with the ultrasound cords lol
    At least she was happy.

Yay for all the bubs who are sleeping well.
For the mums with bubs who aren't sleep well, hope it improves soon.

For the bubs & mums who are sick hope you feel better soon.
Maddi has a head cold & cough, it's really bad late at night/early morning she can't breathe through her nose so she wakes up & wont go back to sleep which is fair enough.

Kim - I like to put a little vanilla essence in the microwave for a few seconds - that can help sometimes. Dont know if it will get rid of the vomit smell though - just generally makes my house smell pretty and gets rid of other smells. other than that - nilodor???

Hey just a quick tip for those who can't remembe what everyone said just that you wanted to reply what they said - instead of left clicking on the reply button, right click on it and select open in new window or new tab. That way you can keep the posts that have already been written open and flick back and forth and reply.
Holy cow!!! Just looked for one of those Bumbo's online - $79.95 PLUS $27.50 postage!!!!! think it can wait till I get to Townsville in April!!

Kim - oh no!!!! I know how much u were looking forward to the weekend. Will ur ILs still come down?
Viv - we use huggies day and night and have no problems. How's JJ feeling today?
Trish - love the updated photo of K
Rebecca - poo about the wrap. I have been perservering with L going unwrapped. So far mixed results and I did give in and wrap him overnight when he was terribly unsettled. Oh well we'll both get there.
Becky - when is the christening? Dress sounds beautiful.
Claire - welcome home. Sounds like you had a great time. Very jealous.
Mo - glad Maddi behaved herself for the ultrasound. Imagine it would have been hard to keep her still.

Had a friend come over for lunch today. L was well behaved and allowed his mummy some adult time.

Up and down overnight so feeling a bit tired now.

GRRRRRR Why can't babies galore have a sale during payweek!!!!!!???????
OK so I might start changing thigs a little for little miss C. We might put her down for a nap at 6-630 instead of that being her bed time. Keep her up till 830-9 and see how well she sleeps. Will try that tomorrow night. Dont want to start it during the week cause at least if I am up and down with her all night I get a chance to catch some sleep on Saturday and Sunday. Although I believe V8's start this week so I wont get much more than a grunt from DH on Sundays!
then if that works - will start leaving her unwrapped at night next friday! She sleeps during the day at daycare unwrapped - mind you that is only for 20-30 mins at a time - I REALLY dont want to be up that often tending to her at night. Maybe she just isnt ready. She is getting her arms out and fists into mouth. So I dont know if she is waking cause she is unwrapped or if she was awake and wanted her fists so unwrapped herself?! Confusing!!
Has anyone else seen those Bonds easysuits??? I wish I had had them when I first had C! How easy do they look!?!
anyway - time to get little miss c from DC. Have a good evening everyone!! MWAH

    Hi everyone,
Hope you are all having a great week. I'm not feeling well so we are not having a great day. I wont whinge because I know many of you aren't feeling great either. My sympathies.

Ethan had a shocker of a night again. DH got up twice and I got up 4 times. I found it frustrating because he slept really well from 7.30 -10pm but not after that.

I have been thinking a lot about solids. What made you start now instead of waiting until 6 months? Ethan seems interested in food. Always watching us eat and loves to play with his spoon. Not sure if I am ready yet though. My little bub is getting big so fast.

    Have a great night all.

Claire- welcome back! glad to hear you had a great time and caught up with lots of relos and friends. I might text you tomorrow and & u can tell me when to call, cause jet lag may be even worse tomorrow. But there is some exciting stuff going on tupp wise so will let you know whats happening anyway, fortnightly meetings would be fine too!

Kim- oh poor Chelsea, and poor you. she must feel so miserable atm, hope she gets better soon. hmm spew smell maybe after washing everything, sterillising what you can which will help the smell but try to not spread to Jas (although its almost inpossible!) and some nice smelling candles for a few hrs?!

    Morning all!

We had a pretty dodgy night last night. K woke at 2:15am and wouldn't resettle so I had to feed him. I think his tummy was bothering him, he hasn't done a poo in 3 days and he is letting off some shockers lol! He then took a lot of resettling after his feed and went back to sleep at 3:30am. All the resettling disturbed Joel who started carrying on, grrrr... I also got into an argument during this time with DH who was being a shocking bed hog, but wouldn't believe me!! OK so my "half" of the bed only allows me to lie on the edge on my side? Hmmmm... Anyway, finally went back to sleep only to have K wake at 5:30am for a feed. A couple of resettles later and he is still asleep now. I will have to wake him soon sadly. Sorry for my selfish post, I just needed to get it all out!!

    Kim
    - I'm so glad to hear Chelsea has stopped vomitting. Hopefully she will feel up to food and drink today. Would she take one of those electolyte icy poles? They're great for rehydrating children and I think you can get them at chemists. Are you still going away now your IL's are here?

Nic - You're lucky your boys just sleep off needles! Joel used to be a crank all day after his.

alz - Hope you feel better soon. If you're unsure about giving solids, maybe speak to your MCHN to see what she thinks?

Amber - I'm so glad Myles is still sleeping well for you and that you are feeling better. It makes all the difference when they sleep properly doesn't it?!

Rebecca - GL with trying your new routine, I hope it works out for you! There is a thread on BB somewhere atm about Bonds "easy" suits. The majority say they are really hard to use lol!

Saffi - Glad you had a nice time with your friend yesterday. I love catching up with friends, it makes me feel human!

Becky - Can't wait to see a pick of Chelsea in her dress!

Mo - Glad to hear Maddi was a good girl for her u/s! Good luck with the results on Monday. I hope she gets over her cold soon, the poor little girl.

Taking Joel to kinder this arvo, it will be interesting to see how he goes when I leave him this time. I think he will get there eventually.

    Have a great day!
