I gave Nina panadol yesterday as she felt really hot, didn't have a temp, and was extremely grizzly.
Xander is like this as well... he feels sooo hot to touch, but no temp and as grizzly as anything. He also isn't settling at night (I can normally feed to sleep, but even that isn't working) - I want my happy baby back.

I don't have the wonder weeks book.. funds are a bit tight and haven't found a copy locally.
