kel - our bedtime routine is: Heath baths her, gives her a massage and dresses her, then I feed her from both sides, put her in bed while still awake and she rolls over and goes to sleep.
During the day when she's tired she'll have a feed then I put her to bed awake. Very occassionally do I have to rock her, only if she's overtired, or really unsettled.
