maz from last thread, she did email back and she is packing meals and it isn't problem bout toilet training I thought it would be a couple of days a week but some weeks I will have her mon-fri 7.30am-ish to 4pm-ish this week is mon-wed the week after is tues-fri
I must admit her boss has been good for example every 5 weeks jase has long weekends frist one will fri-mon off the next 5 week rota fri-tues off, her boss is allowing her to work from home so even if we dont go away I wont have the girl

mind you if I get UTD is soon I hope to heavens I dont get as sick but I made her and hubby aware we were TTC and they realise the problems, also they know I need to see RE cd12 so therefore i can only give them 12 days notice for that day off etc. but the money should be reasonable about $50 a day so some weeks $250 for my avon, tupperware, and lounge suite fund, I am having a tupperware party when new catalogue (march) comes out so

anyway who must away we have been deciding where to postion downlights in our extension spacing etc, Jase has soft wired 6 to see how much they light up we will probably need approx 17 and we have 16 LOL so will need to get another box so now to wait till it gets dark Jase is impatient another 3 hrs or so LOL

Nelle.. its funny you say that as i was saying today to a girlfriend who im about to order some Bumgenius with how we were getting so excited over nappies! Who would have thought 3 years ago id be excited over nappies!

Well time to put mr muffin in bed i think. I really need an early night tonight, gonna be a late one tomorrow and cant even have a red bull!

And the Nobel prize for Science goes to...Maz, for knowing a surefire way to drive anal people insane! Hehe, I'm sure it's good for me, will stop me becoming too Obessive compulsive regarding spelling.

Rans is watching the 5th Harry Potter movie by himself (I even made him wear headphones so I can't hear the music) - I really want to see it, but it's too close to bedtime - I've read the book, and know it's scary, and being pregnant I know it'll invite scary nightmares, so no thankyou!

Might compile a list of all the tupperware/nappies/baby stuff I want, and maybe research fridges. Not sure how much longer I can sit at this desk though, I've got such a sore back!

Wow there has been a lot of chat today. I have been at the tennis and had a great time.

Chrissy - I totally hear you. My DH went out and bought a $10,000 motorbike that he didn't consult me on. That was about 3 years ago. I am still very dirty about it. He has a road bike (that he never rides) and a dirtbike, that he hasn't ridden for at least 3 months.

Maz - Good luck with getting Vy into a routine. How long has she been in a big bed for? J is still in the cot.

Kell - Getting excited about Bon Jovi ?

    Belle - good luck tomorrow.

Rach - I don't think that you should be toilet training the child. Considering she is only just one year old too!

Nelle - I hope he bought you a few to freeze. That way you dont have to go looking for that flavour.

Ness - good on you for the cloth bottom!!

I have totally had it with J. I swear I am ready to throw him out the window. He is not sleeping properly and he is not eating properly. He used to be such a good eater. Now, you put the food in her mouth, and he spits it out. The oly thing that he wants to eat is fruit. I have started mixing each mouthful so he has a mixture of fruit and whatever else in each mouthful. sounds gross, but he eats it. Part of the problem is that he has been with his nanna's more due to me being back at work. They undermine me. I tell them what they have to do, and they just do whatever anyway. Like I have told mum that he doesnt have a bottle in the afternoon, and she gave him one anyway. then he wouldn't eat dinner!
Also he is still waking up screaming. I am starting to get very angry with him, and upset, which is not the way to be. I am starting to get anxious about taking him to London in April. I actually don't want to go any more. I just think that it will all be too hard. I can feel myself getting worked up. The only thing that is making me feel better is to read this thread, as it seems like all the kids are playing up atm.

Hugs Meg. Riv can get super whingy too, and I have found that sometimes I actually need to put him in his room with his water bottle and turn the fan on (loves the fan) and a snack and shut the door and make a cuppa or do something else to calm down. There's only so much EUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH and pulling on clothes that a woman can take!!
I find putting music on helps too, whenever I start to feel out of control, I put music/radio on, and then it's not just us and silence, there's some other noise too. Makes a difference.

Can you have a really stern word with your mum about complying with your wishes? That's totally awful that she undermines you!! Of course he won't be as hungry for dinner if he has a bottle in the arvo, gah! Can you say that your dr/health nurse says he can't have a bottle in the arvos? Would she listen to that? Can you afford to have him at childcare? As in, can you threaten with that (mostly bluff) but follow through if she's going to do her own thing anyway?

Sounds like a great idea about the fruit by the way, you sneaky mum you!! Not many ideas about the sleeping though...do you have a good MCHN who could suggest something? Do you need to cut out a nap, or add one? Not tired enough or too tired? River sleeps like crap when he hasn't had enough sleep in the day, he gets so wound up and it takes forever to wind him down some days!

    ****

Oh that's a nice positive idea!

Fave stuffed toy - A lion/pillow. It attacks him at night before bed and we sneak out while he's attacking back.
Fave toy - Cupboard handles, the fan, coasters, the bin.
Fave sleeping possy - Tummy boy
Bed time - 7-7:30...will hopefully be back to 6:30ish when I get material to make his room darker!
Get up time - depends. 9ish?
fave word - doesn't really talk. Euuuugggghhh?
Walking - nope, why, when he can crawl?
    Fave food - banana, yoghurt.
Eye colour - bluey/grey/green, with a brown ring (just like his mumma).
Hair colour - blonde, but getting darker!
    Weight - no clue
    Height - no clue
