    Morning All

Does anyone know if drawing up a will is a complicated process? I had the worst nightmare i've ever had in my life last night & It has prompted me to investigate life insurance & write up a will first thing Monday morning... It's strange, the nightmare wasn't even about dying or anything but i woke up with this intense feeling which i still can't shake that i really need to do it.

Noni ~ You could spend a little while in the bar at the airport before you get on the plane That'll fix ya! hehe.

I stopped taking my pill too Gracie, I just didn't see the point - There's NO blanket shows happening in our bed lately that's fooor sure! I really should make more of an effort, I think we have DTD about 5 times in the last 3 months.

JaZmum ~ I have sterilised with boiling on the stove, I stayed at my friends place for a few nights & that's how she does her bub's bottles - It works pretty well. At home i use the Advent microwave steriliser for everything, dummies, teats, bottles, I wash in hot soapy water, rinse & microwave - Once a week i soak everything in milton too. I only sterilise at night so Scarlet sometimes has a bottle that's just been washed without being steamed.

I hope your mum is feeling better soon Agnes . When i go to the gym (which isn't very often! LOL) I take Scarlet in her pram & park her nearby, She's happy playing & watching me on the treadmill... for now! When she gets older i will probably use the creche

Scarlet gets a rattle noise in her chest every now & then Hayley, but she is fine in a couple of days & has never showed any other symptoms or discomfort so i just leave it alone. Come to think of it it does happen more often when the aircon is on.

LOL MD.. no popcorn for us pikers!.. Are you using your bebepod often? I think i've changed my mind & i will get one (or a bumbo) because S really wants to sit up heaps now.

Hope you all have a Happy, lazy Sunday .

LP drawing up a will is really important once you've got kids because you really need to specify who the legal guardianship will go to and how your estate will be managed for them in the event that you both pass. My DH has to have his done before going os (being in a somewhat high-risk demographic of needing it - eek) and it's really best to see a lawyer so that what you want done is what gets written in a way that can't later be disputed.

Not using the bebepod lots yet, just short little sit ups to get her used to it, she still sort of drifts sideways or forwards LOL. It'll be great in about a months time when she's sitting up with more conviction.

LOL Marydean, no popcorn, but I really shouldn't have been here partying - Ii'm so tired today.

LP, getting a will is so easy. We got ours done once we were married and then update it every few years as we either aquire more property/equipment or sell it off etc. You don't have to do it after every child though, ours just has a statement 'children of the marriage'.

Agnes, I only don't use the cortisone as it is the strongest one you can get and I am a bit peeved that it was even prescribed for him actually. over the counter ones should be fine.

MD, DH got the OK Baby Flipper bath ring. Seems to do the job.

Renee, yay for a baby free day. I sometimes think I would like some time to myself, but we have never bothered with expressing and bottles etc so it makes it hard.

Leanne, congrats on the whole kilo. You must be very happy with that. I went to BDO last year (Tool rock!), found out I was pregnant a few days later and felt guilty for walking around all day in a cloud of second hand maryjane smoke.

Noni, have fun swimming. Does Asha like it?

Agnes, I was wondering if the Bumbo helped W build up the muscles/balance to sit. I have put him in it since 8 weeks old, but he could hold his head up well then. It took a couple of weeks before he stopped slumping to the side though.

W is thinking this new trick is pretty cool. Every time I lay him down he lifts his head off the bed until I sit him up. I feel I am going to spend a lot of time in the near future propping up a fallen baby. Is it o.k to let him topple over all the time? DH is worried but W doesn't seem to mind. I only let him fall if he is on the bed, not if he is sitting on the table or floor.

He'll be right if he has a few tumbles Arte. What I would do with the kids was put them in a washing basket (the oval ones) and put them in there with some toys. They loved it and the sides of the basket kept them propped up.

Sherie, that's an excellent idea about hte washing basket, I just always used a L-shaped cushion (which was fine provided they don't plop forwards LOL)!

Noni - you're not the only teenager who wasn't doing any picking up - I was saaaaaad, my mum used to cut my hair (!) and I didn't have a wardrobe to speak of. Some point after I turned 18 I got my hair done and discovered short skirts and then it was BOM CHIKKA WAH WAH - well at least long enough to score a good man like DH!

Well the night time wake ups are getting RIDICULOUS - it was a partay in there last night, I didn't get to sleep until 3.30. Got a nanna nap in this afternoon thank goodness. Not sure what it is that's waking her up so much, we keep it dark and quiet.

    hi everyone
good luck with the weight loss Gracie - i said last week that i was starting a diet ......well, guess what. I happened to spot some leftover chocolate i used for christmas cooking, and it was 'all over red rover'!!!!!
sooooo, tomorrow i'm starting again for real. I haven't got much will power though. Maybe i should put 2 photos of myself on the fridge - one now, and one how i looked a couple of years ago.
hannah is waking so i'll be back later to continue

arte - i went to the tool concert in sydney pregnant and felt horribly sick the whole time because we were seated up so high i ended up sitting outside for some of ot convinced i was gonna puke, a nice lady helped us move to lower seats right at the end which was nice.. yep Asha loved swimming this was her first time apart from my mums spa.. i even dipped her head under and she had a great time oh and i think if hes on the bed and will dosnt mind its finbe for him to topple over!
sherie - wow good idea re the washing basket!! did they tip it over much?
md - lol i was the same round 17 i discovered nice clothes and getting my hair done nice lol
gracie - goodluck with the weight and measurements, i havnt actually measured myself.. my ww leader suggested getting a peice of string that fits exactly round your waste then putting it away for a month or so while you diet and get it back out and see it grow lol good motivational tool i thought maybe i should do it!!
jazmum - dnt worry about the chocolate just work it in its not all over if u have something a bit norty lol just balance it out with a nice healthy salad for dinner theres a really nice roast cherry tomato and tuna salad in the ww cookbook if anyone wants me to post as well as that vege lasagne really nice as well actually i have heaps of really nice ww recipes if anyone is interested

Noni glad you and Asha had a good day out.

Jazmum I have decided rather then cutting out cartain foods I am just becoming more active, then I dont feel bad for eating chocolate etc. My main meals are always pretty healthy so combined with the walking I have been doing everyday I am feeling great. BTW I eat loads of choclate all day long.

Gracie LMAO at Zoolander, make sure you show us some pics.

MD I hope the sleep situation gets beter for you soon at least you managed a nanna nap.

Arte provided there is a soft place to fall I say W will be fine taking a few tumbles, Logan thinks is hillarious when he falls.

Sherie we put Logan in the washing basket with some of our bed pillows and toys, he loves it, it is nice and easy to drag room to room too. Will have to post a pic of it in my gallery.

Renne lucky you having a Sunday roast and a beautiful lunch. Did you end up having KFC?

LP we need to do a will and look at getting life insurance etc, we keep saying we got to do it and never do. I think I will make an appointment with the solicitor this week.

Agnes LOL at the Mango juice. I hope your mum is ok.

Logan has self settled tonight and is sound asleep woo hoo. We had such a boring day today and just sat around at home. I made a whole heap of pasta to freeze up and then spent ages cleaning the mess up (its so worth it though). I hope you all had a great weekend.

Agnew - re mango juice - K did that during a feed once, I was sitting next to my sister and she had to run out of the room she thought it was so disgusting.

We have doing the wills on our to do list. Supposed to be done before DH goes back to work, we'll see!

MD - oh, 3:30, that is not a good time to be going to bed. That was my second wake up for the night last night. Not looking forward to DH going back to work!!! K actually went longer today between feeds (big nap) than she did overnight!!

Hayley - Thanks you just reminded me about getting a will drawn up. It's something we have been meaning to do for ages. And not to mention life and health insurance.

Leemar - Congrats on the weight loss!

Noni - That was nice of DP to let you sleep in while he looked after Asha! Sounds like you had a great time at the pool!

Renee - Oh no the car show isnt on again is it? Luckily my DP hasnt mentioned it, so I wont say anything. He is car CRAZY! Why are men so addicted to cars? DP has a brand new ss commodore atm (its not his it belongs to work), omg it is a lovely car to drive, but I drove it to the gym this morning and all the young boys rev their cars at me when we stop at the lights!! Men!

Arte - I'm finding the bumbo is really helping Maddie with learning to sit up. She loves it.

Sherie - The washing basket...great idea! Have to keep that one in mind.

Marydean - "Some point after I turned 18 I got my hair done and discovered short skirts and then it was BOM CHIKKA WAH WAH" HAHA hillarious!!!!! The only man I've ever picked up (well he really picked me up) is DP, so yeah I did no picking up in high school either!

Gracie - Lucky you getting baby pics done. I sooo want them too, but they are so expensive.

Jazmum - I am a chocoholic and theres nothing I can do about it hehe. I've tried to avoid chocolate but I cant. Oh well who cares we have to treat ourselves right!?

Katie - Wow you are good walking every day. I just cant find the motivation. I did do body combat today, what a work out. I am so sore!

Maddie's chest seems better today thank goodness. Maybe the milk/air con was getting her all gluggy. Bummer off to work tomorrow, so I probably wont check in now until Wednesday sometime. Hope you all have a great week!
