i used to always have morning showers but i have found i now need to have night time showers. just dont get the time to in the morning and after i am dressed etc then i'd forget about it, so i try and have one after dh gets home or after dinner, if Ryker is carrying on dh has to just have him for a few mins while i get my couple of minutes alone time (although half the time one or both boys come running in telling me something or fighting so aint really alone time lol)

Nic- i say your lack of sleep is making you feel more emotional than normal, and rightfully so, but like Skye said (it is true it doesnt last forever) i remember ppl telling me about the majical 12week mark when things get better, they can be awake and be "happy" etc, but going through it seemed like it would never end. And i also seem to recall their crying and needs can increase between 6-12 weeks so i think your in the mix of probably the toughest period right now.

my chiro adjusted me and boy did i need it! i do also need a massage but hey dont think thats about to happen any time soon. was nice to show Rykie off to my work mates and then i had a cofffee with one of the girls and fed him. I had a gift voucher from xmas to use at a shop near work so went for a stroll and bought some cool electric candle things, they have a remote control with it too, awesome around kids cause its not real flame but they look lovely
