Oh question I meant to ask about getting the CJ on medicare, when I filled in the baby bonus form on there I filled in the stuff about medicare and I have now got the first instalment of baby bonus - but do I need to do something extra for medicare or do they do it as part of that form?(I thought the form suggested was done as part of that but now am not so sure and no longer have form). CJ has to have the scan on her hips next week which will cost so wanted to make sure I have her on medicare and able to claim stuff as soon as poss.
