Suz - I wonder why Ryan is so unsettled? One of the girls in my mother's group is going throught the same thing. I wonder if it's a growth thing? Hope he settles down soon.
BS - did you have your walk? I need to get out of the house too. Oh, and I've been meaning to ask you - are you still with your trainer? Does he give you new exercises for post-pregnancy or just your old ones? I've decided to get my old trainer back to whip me into shape and I was wondering if he'll give me new things to do seeing that I'm sooooo unfit! We'll see!
Alison - one thing that might help your supply is drinking HEAPS of water. I would drink more than 2 litres a day and I have plenty. I also find that if I rest I will have more after it. That's why you tend to have less after a long day and plenty in the mornings. Maybe that could help, too?
Everyone else - hope you're all doing fabulously!
ATM - I have news. Jack slept for 7 hours on thursday and 7.5 last night! I have no idea what has changed but I'm not complaining. We went up to mum's on the weekend so he was out of routine and didn't sleep well Friday and Saturday but as soon as we were home he was good again. Yipeeee!
I was worried he would never sleep for long periods because he feeds for 5 mins at a time, but apparently that ain't a problem!
