suz - I'm using mazalicious breast pads which I got through the nappybucket. They're bamboo with a layer of minkee so are really absorbent.

BS - Good on you for getting daily walks. I find getting out of the house really helps with my mood. I'm glad you're feeling better but try not to worry too much about the weight. Remember, it took your body 9 months to put it on so it will take a while to come off again. Sorry you had a bad night with Eva. If you and DH were both sick too then hopefully it means it'll be short-lived. I hope she's better today.

AFM - Things were better, but now are back to where they were a couple of weeks ago. Amelia has stopped sleeping in the evening again. She'll sleep at night but its usually 1-2am before I can get her down for longer than 30-40 minutes. We do the bath, massage, feed routine before bed and I aim to put her down between 8:30 and 9:30. She then spends a couple of hours chucking up her feed. There's a fair bit of screaming and crying before she vomits after which she'll go quiet until the next chuck is on its way. I manage to get her down for a half-hour or so before she wakes for another feed at 12-12:30. We do the spew routine again. Then she'll feed at 2-2:30 after which she's more settled and we go to bed. At least she'll sleep until 7-7:30 then wake again around 11am.

I'm just going with the flow at this point. I'm too exhausted to do otherwise. I find it more stressful when I worry about not having a good routine. I just wish I knew what I could do to help her with the vomiting. She's fine during the day...she's happy and laughing. But at night....ugh!
