BS - he actually rolled from his back to his side unaided for the first time this morning! I know that sounds pretty basic, but its something he's never done. He kept doing it once he realised he could do it by himself. I know, I shoudl stop worrying about it, I'm having it with my favourite ppl and thats all that matters. Thanks for the compliment re the photo's...we're very happy with what we have seen so far! I dunno how I'm going to wait 2 more weeks to see the rest!!!
Carmey - yeah, I'm blaming it all on a wonder week. Michael has been very odd the past couple of weeks really. Oh thats so funny about flashing those tradies!! Thats fantastic the ops went well...how long till they know if its been successful?
Rose - So glad Liam is feeling a bit better, poor little mite! So, was his first cold as bad as you thought it would be? (I'm dreading Michael's). Ooh, yes please, I might have a squizzy through that book at our next meeting, if thats ok? Now you mention the title I'm pretty sure I've heard of it and it seems quite popular. Aww, thanks for the compliment I'm in the same boat too...painfully shy ever since we moved here (when I was 9) - mainly cos kids would make fun of my accent, so I just didn't talk to anyone! I'm getting better, but it still affects me making friends. I remember I tried doing a dreamfeed once...but I didn't quite understand the idea that they're meant to be asleep during it! So it didn't work!
Tilda - Well, I don't think you're being unreasonable at all. Especially since your DH goes away a lot atm, it would be nice for him to spend some time with you both, and even to give yourself a break for a bit. Gosh, you were lucky your car didn't get stolen!
Alison - Ooh, can't wait to see your photo's! I bet Amelia looked a real cutie in her little tutu! We paid $425, which includes a 2 hour photoshoot (which actually went for 2.5 hours) and 20-30 of the best shots on USB for us to print at our leisure. I did a fair bit of research into photographers because I found a lot of them wouldn't give you the original images, or would want you to spend a minimum amount on prints (which they charge a fortune for!) to get them (and even then you'd have to pay extra to get them!). This photographer is self taught and still sort of building up her business, so perhaps thats why she was a bit cheaper than the others. Glad you're back into your routine! Just stick with whatever works, I reckon!
AFM - having really bad day today He's been mega cranky, and crying A LOT, which is so unlike him. Pretty sure its to do with the wodner week as he has just started rolling from back to side. His cries sound different, and hes very difficult to put down. Hmm...our posh dinner might not be going ahead after all, we'll just have to see how this afternoon goes.
