Hi Rose - how are you feeling today? Better I hope, Beany and I will catch you after Easter when you're feeling better no problems! I'm going down to our holiday house for Easter on Friday so in a way it's probably best for me as I need to do a few things before leaving.

Hi Hannah - don't worry about the paed telling you about feeding thing, every baby is different, the girls in my mums group are still feeding the same amount as you......I think if they're fully formula fed it's a different story as you know how much they're getting and any more than 5 means they're probably having too much but with BF it's different. And my Amelia sleeps with music too, I've always played music from when I bought her home, she can sleep without it but I was told it's nice and soothing for them so I've always done it. I've got quite a few baby soothing cds, I got mine from Target, she even has a Beethoven one which my pregnancy aqua teacher copied for me, apparently they like all that stuff the bubs. Glad it works for you, it does for me too! I don't put ours on a loop but if I go in through the night for the dummy I pop it back on. Don't worry about the rolling thing either, Amelia was getting stuck on her side for a few days and then suddenly she rolled onto her tummy, I helped her a couple of times and then she did it on her own so you could try that. I can't stop her now and she ends up on her tummy and then gets annoyed cause she can't roll back lol! The jolly jumper is a must, Amelia loves her and it helps her have a better sleep in the day, yippee!

AFM - well we had a pretty unsettled night too although it was a full moon so can I blame that? lol I got up to Amelia 4 times last night from midnight on....it's weird because she's not awake ie her eyes are closed but she kind of cries, what is it with that any ideas? She sleeps with her onesie with arms and closed in feet and then her Grobag, I'm particular with the temperature so don't think she's cold or hot....I'm too scared to use blankets in case of SIDS - what's the norm with sleeping anyway as I really am just guessing! I thought the Grobag was so you didn't need the blanket? I put one on her in her day sleeps as I don't bother putting the bag on but too scared at night for a long sleep. Is that being ridiculous? I've also noticed her little "I'm tired but am fighting sleep" tanty's are getting worse lol. Normally she cries a little for a few minutes before going to sleep but now she flails her arms around knocking whatever is in her path - which is usually me as I'm holding her.....I hope this doesn't mean she's going to end up a big tanty thrower when she's older . Does anyone else's bubs crack the poops before sleeping? She can go from happy and smiling to that in a split second and crack it for a couple of minutes and then suddenly she's asleep, just like that! Is that normal?
