Heather: hi glad to see Tess made it out safely. It must be hard work with 2 children and now a newborn, its hard enough for us with just a newborn!. I also had a 3rd degree tear. Did you get any tears with the boys? (just interested to know as Jasmine is my first, so wondering if I will tear with my next ones .... I guess it depends).

HI and welcome to the thread everyone else I hope you are all enjoying your bubs

Our girl is doing well. Shes feeding well, and most of the time sleeps well. BUT she is VERY unsettled in the evening atm. Shes grizzly all evening and when we try to put her down in her bassinet she cries. We try putting her in when shes asleep, and also have tried putting her in awake. The process goes on for hours. Its odd as she always goes down very easily for her day sleeps, and once she is actually down in the evening (well more like 12am lately!), she only wakes through the night to feed. She has a quick feed, nappy change...then straight back to sleep again.

We have the health nurse coming here tomorrow. I am interested to see how much Jasmine weighs now. I think shes around 5kg or more. She was born at 4.1kg and out of newborn nappies in 2 weeks. Shes in 00 wondersuits and 000 in the target clothes. shes a big girl.

Ohh talking about nappies.... we where using the huggies newborn, but they didnt fit her after two weeks old. Now we are onto the infant. Is anyone else using these? how do they fit your baby? They seem really loose on Jasmines legs, so they have leaked a couple of times. But They fit her around the belly.
