DM sorry you had a difficult time over xmas but glad the wine helped! Sounds like it will be tough for you at this time every year but it will get easier as time goes by.

Rach75 hope you and the boys are feeling better, sucks that even when we are sick we have to soldier on and never get any rest. Take care of yourself and your boys and don't feel bad about the panadol I'm sure Luke was very grateful, I would have done the same.

DM I'm about the same as you with the bleeding. Seems I haven't really stopped since Leila was born! I bled for over 6 weeks post birth, only really spotting at the end but it was still there. Actually I went for my 6 week check up and dr wanted to do a pap smear and I thought I'd finished bleeding but apparently not... poor dr discovered a fair bit still up there when she tried to do the test It seemed to stop for a few days, then bang AF arrived Let me tell you, I'm rather sick of bleeding!

I'm in NSW by the way, near Rach2281 My family is all in Melbourne though.

So I was being nice and trying to stay positive the other day when I said it was nice having all of DH family here... still got 6 extras here and I want my house back!!!! Leila is difficult every night because she is so over stimulated during the day and it seems like everybody just loves her during the day and wants to cuddle her and play with her then I'm left to deal with her unsettledness over night. I'm not sleeping enough and I'm over having my personal space invaded. I'm trying not to be selfish but I really just want this time to relax with DH and our little girl and not worry about other people or get annoyed with them because they are making too much noise or whatever. Plus everyone seems to go out and have fun without me and it is very frustrating. I had to pull DH up the other day and say "do you think perhaps tomorrow that I could have some fun too instead of sitting at home cleaning up after you lot!" They just race off here there and everywhere without even thinking that I might like to get out and do stuff, they don't even ask and usually go just as I've put Leila down to sleep. It's weird, like they think I must enjoy being stuck at home cleaning up while they go out and have fun We all went to the movies yesterday though which was good, still at first they assumed that I wouldn't want to go because I have a baby... grrr! It's not all bad though, mostly they are pitching in and we are sharing the cooking duties so I haven't had to do too much cooking or anything. I just want my house back that's all.

I'm exhausted after that rant! Hi to everyone, hope you are all coping well during this silly season
