Bummer on the Oobi but glad you said something as i was about to buy J a pair - i always loved them and wanted to get for N but he was too big... so i thought i would buy for J but if the buttons are cr*p then i wont bother. bummer as they are gorgeous - maybe i can look for a pair in the older style for him. geez a lot of thought goes into his clothes and i cruise around the place looking v worse for wear LOL
Arte - your day on the boat sounds sooo nice, and i bet W LOVED it. it sounds like you will still be able to enjoy some of that life even with the newbie but shame they dont make life vests that small. though i think even putting J in a life vest would freak me out. hearing all of these adventures really makes me want to do more 'active' things with N.
MD - hope you avoid the green monsters.. thats the last thing you need. the weekend sounds FAB and the cake sounds beautiful. what special friends you have.
I am feeling a bit low today and DH and I have been 'at each other' for a few days. he claims it is bc i am so tired... anyway had a bit of a nap this morning and i am have a lay low day (made easier by the rain here today) - will pop out to the supermarket now (havent been since J born and believe it or not i really miss it) and then maybe have a big cooking session this afternoon, i always feel better after that and i hate not having healthy food/meals in the house.
