Rainy- you know my answer. i'm a chicken though. Interview went really well, his downfall is that he has only really been in one job for 3 years. On his resume he has moved around a bit. But that's how he has all the varied experience that he has IYKWIM. So we are waiting, should hear by the end of the week. They are ringing his referees so thats a good sign i guess. When he rang one referee to pre warn them they said they refused to say anything good because they had a job for him. i too would let him drink out of it if he wants. Not like he'll be doing it forever.

Preg- i hate to agree with your DH, but if you're anything like me, it probably does have a lot to do with sleep deprivation and new baby hormones still playing havoc. Cooking is very theraputic, hope it helps!
